This property was perfect for our large group. The home was spacious- plenty of room for large family meals and hanging out. The proximity to the beach is fantastic, and the little ones loved the pool when they got tired of the beach.

Motorcycle bike week was really annoying

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ridiculously loud motorbikes constantly parading up and down the road interrupting your conversations, thoughts, and peace of mind. The condition of the property was questionable, I would not want to own it,. The Elevator didn't work which was an issue for my older siblings and the freaking ring camera on the deck kept yapping to us to set up the app, and there was no way to turn it off.

Christmas Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were able to get in the house early but due to traveling we arrived a couple hours prior. The house was huge, needs some updates and there were some mold in upstairs bathrooms. Definitely can use paint on doors and trim. Overall family had a great time. Great location. Couldn’t utilize the outside grill/ bar area that needs updating but hot tub was a hit.

Wonderful location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this house for my daughter and a few of her friend's Junior year Spring Break. The second floor has 4 rooms and we were able to stick all the teenagers on that floor so the adults could have some peace and quiet. PERFECT!! The location was perfect. Sam's corner, the pier and arcade are steps just does get a little noisy in the evening but is pretty quiet by 9 pm. This house does need some minor repairs (breaker flipped a few times on the hot water heater and upstairs 3rd story bedroom, Wi-Fi went out for 2 days which also controls the heating and air system)., but I would most definitely rent it again.. Perfect house for a large family.

Absolutely Beautiful

Cleaning company can do a little better however still very nice.

I think some of the bedding could use upgrades. The kitchen is functional but could use a remodel.

The best place I’ve ever stayed at in Garden City

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is grand no complaints except floors 3amd 4 need a wet bar/sink and a Kuerig for morning coffee. Did not enjoy the stairs or elevator first thing in the am. Seems minor but for me not . GCR was so accommodating and will definitely rent again

Wouldn’t go back

Reviewer Comments: The house had several issues that were reported but nothing was done 3 fire alarm were inoperative reported but nothing was done several roaches every morning were spotted and killed by us floor going into a bedroom wood floor was raised about 1/2 in toe stubble for one guest I would not give this house any good reviews except for location George

Nice property but needs repair and refurbishment

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is well located. The facility is under par in maintenance (paint, railings unfastened, doors difficult to move or bolted shut for missing handles). Appliances poorly functioning. Refrigerator freezer not freezing, dishwasher difficult to close and operate, stove that only heats to 350 degrees,etc. Would recommend property only to those aware of short comings.

Awesome Layout and Location.. BUT Needs ALOT of TLC

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I definitely would consider staying here again! We loved the space and amenities and how every bedroom has its own bathroom.. BUT there are some areas that need to be attended to.During our stay we noticed the property had difficulty cooling different spaces of the house (would recommend looking at the A/C units and return filters and door seals). We also had an instance where the fire alarms went off suddenly during a rain storm, which was followed by a water leak that was dripping from the kitchen ceiling (noticed a wet spot on the floor in the Bedroom 3 closet due to this). But the most disappointing aspect of the stay was the cleanliness. During our stay we found alcohol and drug paraphernalia left from previous attendants. Found empty liquor bottles under the dresser in the "kids" room and found a weed vape pen in the couch cushions. In this Covid era we're in, this is unacceptable and luckily I discovered it before my 3 year old.All in all, I would absolutely recommend this house! (just need to address those major issues)

Every bedroom with a bathroomNegatives: No welcome packet. Explaining things like TV operation3rd floor dryer vent busted. Blows into houseCalled in a maint request 1st day (no handles on main floor balcony. NO REPSONSE. That really sucked. Assumed someone would be there next day. No one ever came.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house has a plenty of room, so is great for a large extended family. It is rather old and does need some work. The carpet in the bedrooms is very old, worn and looks dirty. The instructions for using the elevator are outdated and incorrect. There is no key. The rental agency was very responsive A young man came and got it working and showed us what to do. Also, he logged into the account for the TV as it wasn't working. The kitchen is not very well-stocked if you want to do a lot of cooking. Not enough pots and pans.

Great long weekend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this house on short notice for family gathering. We had 16 people from 88 years young to 2 month old baby. The house was perfect size for this group. The elevator was great and very much needed with some of the family members. The only issue we had was running out of hot water for showers. We learned quickly to spread them out and let hot water heater catch up. We would definitely stay here again!

Love This Home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family has vacationed in this home the last two years and we love it!!! The rooms are spacious and the beach access is incredible. We enjoyed many a night in the hot tub after a relaxing day at the beach. Since our family is large, having a bathroom in each room made our stay so relaxing. The elevator also was a huge plus for our elderly relatives. We will definitely stay here again for many years to come.
