This lovely family vacation townhome features multi-level living with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and is nestled behind the dunes in North Bethany with a private magical boardwalk taking you onto the beach! Beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings and all modern conveniences including central air conditioning, washer/dryer, well stocked kitchen, granite counter tops, stainless appliances, microwave, dishwasher, 2 TVs, DVD, WiFi, a community picnic area with charcoal grill, 4 decks, and an outside shower. Walk for miles on the beautiful beach just steps from your front door! Less than a mile from the Indian River inlet with marina, fishing, and crabbing. Nice October

1st week of October, nice weather, no crowds. Property allows separation of age groups, had well-appointed kitchen, and all we needed for a great week. Everyone loved the decks and the close location to the beach.

More a/c and fans

The location is fantastic, quiet with a soft, sandy beach. The views are simply incredible. Kitchen has everything you need. The couch, chairs and pillows could use cleaning or replacing. The biggest problem is the a/c. With 4 levels, it was very hard to cool the property and there weren’t enough fans for all the rooms, or strong enough fans. Opening the windows adds noise from the highway, and in summer would not cool things off enough. Luckily we were there in May.

Nice condo vacation

The condo was nice, but many things were broken. We had the repair person one day, then left him a list (as he requested). The 4th bedroom was actually a den with a sleep sofa that was not comfortable.

Quiet beach

This was the perfect quiet beach with lots of shells. The weather and access to the area activities was great. The property was nice, however there was some discrepancy on the accommodation descriptions. There were two full size beds on the 3rd floor that need better mattresses. The room on the second floor that faces the road gets a lot of road noise. There was no view of the beach because of the high sand dunes and trees which was disappointing. The beach was an easy walk from the property, and there was a maintenance man quickly available to handle the minor door problem.
