The main living space is upstairs and features a fully stocked kitchen, cozy living room, 3 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms.
Downstairs, you`ll find a private master suite with its own full bathroom and separate exterior entrance—perfect for added privacy or multigenerational stays. Also downstairs is the air-conditioned game room, packed with:

Tons of things to do both inside and outside of the house, great location on the river, plenty of room, close to good restaurants and pet friendly. We had a great time.

We had an amazing time at this property! We loved kayaking to the nearby swimming spots and watching the manatees go by. I was traveling with four young boys, and they loved the lily pad, video games, and youth kayaks. The beds were super comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. Thanks for sharing such a special place!

Wonderful stay! The perfect canal location that is so close to the spring. Quiet yet close to the best spots. The house is stocked very well, AC is amazing, and the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in on vacation. Host is quick to respond with any questions. Will definitely be back

We had a great stay! The house is nicer than the pictures. The hosts were very responsive and helpful before and during the stay. Lots of fun for a big group and very accommodating! I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Seats for kayaks aren’t the greatest and adding a blower to clean the back dock and kayaks from the tree debris would be helpful but overall was a great place to stay.

Perfect location and Rental

This rental had the best location and all of the things we needed to have the most relaxing stay. All of the extras from paddles to life jackets, games etc. Made for such an easy trip. Big bonus was the cozy beds! You will not be disappointed.

This was a great fit for my grandkids Spring Break trip. We are all active kayakers and took lengthy trips up and down the river which is just 150 yards away at the end of the canal. The fishing guide recommendation was spot on (Reel Shallow). While a bit retro we all enjoyed the Mermaid show at the nearby state park. We also got some great stone crabs from the seafood market a short distance away.

The Bougie Hippo was better than expected! We had an amazing time! The property was perfect with a great floating dock out back to dock your boat with ease. It was truly a perfect time! 10 out of 10 recommend!!

Loved the bougie hippo!

One of the best stays we’ve had in a while at a VRBO property. Host was very communicative and helpful with all my questions. We had a minor issue come up and the host addressed it right away! Loved the kayaks and the game room. Already booking for next year!

We had everything we needed. The house was clean and very well stocked. We didn't have to get toilet paper or paper towels, etc. The water was a quiet part of the river with easy access to the main channel. We had plenty of kayaks to enjoy the water. This was an amazing family Christmas vacation. The hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home. A gem right on the water. We had tons of fun kayaking and seeing tons of manatees. Adventured up the river. Kids loved the game room too. Wonder memorable trip. Great communication with the hosts. Will be back!

Really great time during our trip to Weeki Wachee. The location is great, the kids could swim in the canal behind the house or it’s a really short kayak ride to the main river. We loved the big Lilly pad mat and there were ample kayaks. The house was more than big enough for our family of four plus two dogs. The AC was great, the kitchen came with a lot of stuff stocked, the beds were comfy, and we really had no complaints. We would definitely rent again. A
