Beautiful property! We have now stayed at both locations and they are absolutely amazing! Beds are comfortable, everything is well stocked, and so much to do to keep you busy. We will be back next summer!

The house was super nice, clean, and had more than we assumed as far as stocked necessities for us and our 3 kids . We loved having the river and even during the rainy days found it to be peaceful .

This place was amazing! Perfect location that is close to everything, great people watching, and very peaceful at night. This house has everything you need from every kitchen appliance you can think of and much more. Saw manatees all day long. Super clean with plenty of space for the whole family. We had a great time and will be back again.

So there are a lot of “5-star” properties on VRBO - but this is actually a true 5-star property! We have friends that rent through VRBO and we use them as a benchmark - this property is the new benchmark for us in Florida! Can’t say WOW enough. A few minor things you could try to pick at, but from location location location, to house amenities, there was not much to add. Was a perfect time and weather for our relaxing (way to) short vacation there. Coffee in the morning as the tide goes out from either the main level or river level areas - was stress reducing - to the beautiful sunsets through the trees - blood pressure just settles right down.Communication was top notch and responsive! Proximity to shopping, fresh fish if you love seafood, to being able to walk down to the bar for a quick cocktail or snack if you don’t feel like cooking - everything just flows so nicely. Strongly / highly recommend! Seriously a 10-property at a great price!

This is how it’s done!! I’m nervous to give this review it’s gonna get harder to book!! Everything is thought out carefully and practically. House is beautiful and spotless and perfectly maintained. Location is incredible as far as Kayaking and people watching and to the main roads. The hosts are responsive, available and helpful. The home is all you could hope for when it comes to a true river escape. We hit Epcot 1 day and the ride was easy from here. . This was our 2nd stay and we can’t wait to get back.

4th stay here, love it so much! Beautiful home in perfect condition with amazing river views and access. Jumping in off the dock in the clear cool water is so much fun! Kayaking and paddle boarding every day and relaxing at this resort like home is the best way to enjoy time at magical weeki wachee river.

What a great place! This is definitely an upscale VRBO, and they have thought of EVERYTHING. Seriously, just bring your clothes and your toothbrush and you’re good to go!One of our favorite things was sitting back and watching all the action on the water. If you like people-watching, you’ll love it here—kayakers galore going back and forth right in front of the house! Even better, the house comes with kayaks and paddleboards, and the kayak ramp makes getting in and out of the water so easy and safe. That was a huge plus!We also loved the griddle underneath the house—such a fun spot to cook, hang out, and enjoy being outside. The kitchen was stocked with just about every gadget you could possibly think of. The showers were wonderful, the sheets were AMAZING, and we slept great every night during our stay.You can tell a lot of thought went into making this place comfortable and easy to enjoy. We had such a good time and would absolutely stay here again. Great house, great location, and a really fun Weeki Wachee getaway!

This house was amazing! It was clean, had everything we needed (plus more), and the view was perfect! The screened in porch was also our favorite place to be in the evenings. This was our first time here and we will definitely be back! Adults and teens had the best time.

New and clean place, and I don't think we found it lacking for anything! Plenty to do in the area, but between the provided kayaks and plentiful manatees, we didn't much need to leave the house.

This house and this location was perfect for our week long getaway!The house had everything you can think of and then some extras too!Even used the kayaks (first time kayaking) we had a lot of fun and saw so many manatees even from the house! My husband saw a dolphin and her baby go by too!House was super clean and comfortable!Had some minor issues with the lock but Tonya was quick at responding and fixed the issue super fastWe fell in love with this place and would love to stay again!!!!! Thank you very much!
