We had a wonderful family reunion at this property. There was plenty of room for each family to have their own space. The amenities were great. Lovely area. The views were amazing. The teens really enjoyed the game room. They even provided a high chair, portable baby crib, and safety gates for the little ones.

The cabin was beautiful. There were only minor issues during our stay. The communication with owner was excellent. The AC unit froze upstairs but we were able to turn it off for a while to thaw then it worked again. The owner did send someone to fix it the next day. The porch could have used more rocking chairs. There were only 4 and the cabin accommodated 20 people. Also, the shower heads had weird water flow. Some streams coming from the head were almost too powerful. The jetted tubs in every bath was a plus! Also having a nice bathroom for every bedroom was incredible. Overall I highly recommend this cabin! Thank you!

We were recently in Pigeon Forge for our a family wedding. Our house by far had the best view! Some maintenance opportunities for improvement include tightening the handles on the refrigerator and freezer; leveling the refrigerator so you can fully open the right side of the refrigerator door; a deep clean of the kitchen.

We had a great stay. Everyone was very pleased to have their own room and bathroom. There was more than enough room for everyone to sit comfortably and not be smothered by one another. The kitchen area was nice and we had a starter kit for the kitchen and each bathroom. The decks were nice but we would’ve appreciated more chairs to sit and enjoy the view. The view was amazing at night and early morning. The game room and theater room were big hits! Being able to wash linen during our stay was a plus as well. The only 3 issues we had during our five-night stay were receiving a keypad code instead of the lock key combination code as soon as we arrived but it was handled within 15 mins. We didn’t have a keypad to place a code in. One of our family members stayed on the lower level by the stairs and she kept getting bitten by something during her sleep at night. With a cabin holding 18 ppl we needed a spot to take trash to because the trash cans provided to hold trash weren’t enough especially when we cooked Christmas dinner there. Overall the stay was great!
