We had a wonderful stay! Yahir was an excellent host—very communicative before and during our trip, and he checked in with us multiple times to make sure everything was going well. The check-in instructions were clear, detailed, and very easy to follow, making the arrival process completely stress-free.The home was beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and felt warm and welcoming. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of having bottled water provided for our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained place to stay!

Great place in a cozy neighborhood. Plenty of food and coffee in the area. Nice walkable parks near by. Host was responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a more relaxed place to stay in the city.

Great apartment in a great neighborhood. Plenty of good coffee shops/ restaurants in the area. Several nice parks in walking distance. Host was responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend this space if you are looking for a great place to stay!

For what we paid for the stay, I would have expected a much more outfitted apartment. The kitchen was under stocked as far as cooking tool (no colander, two drinking glasses, flimsy cutting boards, one teaspoon). The air conditioner wasn’t what we expected. The window unit couldn’t really keep the entire apartment cool. Parking was atrocious. We had to park two and a half blocks away most of the time. The water was shut off once and Yasir responded very quickly but the water was back on by the time he answered. We rented this apartment because we were living in the area for nearly a month but went out to eat most of the time because the quality of cooking items. The comfort of the living area was sub par due to the uncomfortable sofa. We also did not have any local air television, Roku only. Overall, the apartment is nice but certainly not for the money spent.

Enjoyable stay

We were the first guests at Yasir’s new place. It appeared to be recently remodeled with fresh paint and up-to-date appliances. It was spotlessly clean, and the photos accurately showed the space. It felt very cozy. The check-in/lockbox instructions were the clearest we’ve seen and made getting in very easy. Yasir was easy to work with and extremely responsive to inquiries and questions. He checked in with us to make sure our stay was going smoothly. The Albany Park neighborhood was quiet and walkable with restaurants and markets nearby. It was a great location for us with our daughter nearby.
