This listing is for two 2-bedroom villas at Vistana Beach Club Resort. The villas are not adjoining, but the front desk will do their best to keep your suites close in the resort. Guests have access to all resort amenities.

Guest Access:

Beach Safety: During your stay, please do your part to help save the sea turtles. Sea turtles are protected by federal, state, county, and city acts and ordinances. You can help by keeping the beach dark at night, picking up litter and potential barriers, reporting any issues you discover, and being mindful of sea turtle nesting areas, which are present from March to October.



Beginning Sept. 8. to Nov. 25, 2025, Vistana Beach Club will be undergoing villa refurbishment. Work will occur daily during daytime hours, so please anticipate construction noise during this time. All resort amenities are expected to remain open and fully operational for your enjoyment.

In addition, the South end of our Ocean Front Building will undergo extensive concrete work during this time which will involve noisy concrete demolition at times, and workers moving around guest areas, particularly at the South end of Building 1. We are sorry for the inconvenience during this time.

• Photos are not of the specific suite you are renting and your suite may vary slightly from the photos.

• You have full access to all resort amenities for the duration of your stay, including on your arrival and departure day.

• We will always place you in the best suite available, however we cannot guarantee a specific location in the resort.

• Your suite may be a mobility accessible unit.
