Welcome to this spacious waterfront beach home, a private whole-house rental perfect for families, groups, or couples looking to relax and enjoy the water. With parking for up to three vehicles, it's ideal for guests traveling with multiple cars.

The home features three comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a queen bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a twin bed that expands into a king and includes two closets for added storage. The third bedroom also has a queen bed, making the home suitable for a variety of sleeping arrangements.

Step into an updated, open-concept kitchen and living space designed for comfort and connection. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped, and the spacious living room features a large L-shaped couch, a fireplace, and plenty of seating. A desk and table are also available for those who need to work during their stay.

Out back, enjoy direct access to the water with a beautiful backyard perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Outdoor amenities include a gas grill, an outdoor TV, a fire pit, and an outdoor shower. Guests can take advantage of the provided kayaks and a paddle boat—life jackets are included for your safety.

Please note: This is a pet-free home. There is no boat access, no jet ski access, and no spa access. These rules are in place to ensure a safe and peaceful experience for all guests.

Tenants agree to maintain the rental in good order and to surrender it in the same condition as received and as reasonable wear and tear permit.

Smoking inside the home will incur a $1000 fine. When using the grill clean after use $50 cleaning fee will occur. Nobody is to go on the boat.
