We are disappointed that these concerns were never mentioned at any point during your stay, as we would have been happy to address any legitimate maintenance issue brought to our attention. Unfortunately, these complaints were raised only after the scheduled 10:30 AM checkout time had passed by several hours. At approximately 3:00 PM, the property still had not been vacated, despite our prior written response regarding the requested late checkout. Because we needed to regain possession of the property for the next reservation, law enforcement assistance was ultimately requested. We take guest concerns seriously and appreciate being notified of maintenance issues when they occur so that we have an opportunity to address them. However, no concerns regarding the balcony locks, furniture, or shower door were reported during this your stay. In fact, we came out with a brand new lock on our own and you didn’t say a word. We had noticed it was damaged during cleaning and immediately ordered a replacement. We came out during your stay to replace it. We’re pleased to hear that the you found the kitchen and bedrooms satisfactory, and we will, of course, inspect the items mentioned in the review.
