This Tybee Island condo, in a gated complex, is within walking distance to some of the best restaurants on the island, the fishing pier, shopping, people watching, ice cream, cold beer and everyone's favorite, the BEACH. Tybee has something for everyone. The condo is very roomy, with 3 inviting bedrooms with a king, queen, and full bed. The condo is equipped with smart TV's in the living room and all bedrooms, hair dryers, linens, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, toilet paper and paper towels, etc., most anything you need for a great vacation. We also have a full tub, and jetted bathtub. Large master bathroom and a full kitchen with everything you need to prepare wonderful meals. Our veranda is spacious and offers a beautiful view of the ocean, furnished with comfortable furniture, great for morning coffee. Kick back, relax, and enjoy everything Tybee Island and our charming condo has to offer. We also have beach towels and beach equipment, too much to name. Beautiful complex with large pool. Elevator access to all floors.

Great location. Very clean. Paula is a great hostess. She reached out to us before the trip to make sure we had all the necessary information. The condo has everything you need (plates, towels, beach chairs, etc.) and is steps from the beach, restaurants and the pier. I highly recommend this condo!

Absolutely beautiful place. Very clean and so comfortable. Slept so well and location was excellent. Every thing within walking distance.

The condo was spacious and comfy. My favorite-the jacuzzi tub in the master bath, my husbands-the corner balcony, my daughter’s fav-having her own room. We were able to cook with ease with all the essentials and then some provided. Paula was available to answer any questions and there in a flash to fix the dryer. I will absolutely stay again at this amazing condo. This was our first trip to Tybee. I hope to be back soon during the summer and stay in this condo. 3

Paula was the best! So kind and a local! The unit was spotless and just as described. Beautiful furnishings and a great ocean view. Rent this place!!! You won’t be sorry!

This is a top-tier location for Tybee Island! The condo was beyond perfect! It was exceptionally clean and decorated beautifully. The balcony was phenomenal, and the view of the pool and partial beach view were spectacular! We truly enjoyed our stay. Everything is within walking distance, no driving required once you arrive. The condo is in a gated community with covered/garage parking. The assigned parking space is right at the elevator which was so incredibly convenient. Once the elevator opens, the unit is right there. The kitchen was stocked, towels and beach chairs were provided, and bedrooms were spacious with super comfy beds. All of the conveniences you could ask for, this unit has. There’s a washer & dryer, shampoo, body wash, hair dryer, just everything. I have marked this unit with a star in my records because we would love to come back! The host was super attentive and accommodating and very friendly with excellent service and communication. Memories were made, and that’s priceless! Thank you for offering such a beautiful, delightful experience for us at Tybee!!

Tybee Island Vacation

2 adults and 3 children were on this trip! It is a very short walk to the beach, and we had an amazing time!! The condo was very clean and beautiful. It was very spacious and had lots of extras that we enjoyed. Every room had a TV, there was free WiFi, a dishwasher (with dish washing pods supplied), washer and dryer (with laundry detergent supplied), plenty of other small things that made our trip enjoyable. The best part was the property manager was absolutely fantastic to work with and went voice and beyond to make sure our stay was accommodating. We would return to this property again in the future.

Amazing condo! So spacious, amazing balcony and the perfect location! Kids loved having the pool go to. Highly recommend and would stay again in a heart beat!

The condo was great. I have stayed in several condos and hotels over the years and this condo may be my favorite. We had 5 in our group and the condo never felt small. 2 1/2 baths allows for you to leave your stuff out even when others come over. The kitchen is actually big enough to make a meal without running over each other. The balcony was huge. Although not directly on the water we could still see the ocean from the balcony. Never had to cross a main road to get to the beach just down the side walk and across a small parking lot. We are however spoiled on our beach and this beach was extremely crowded. We choose not to spend much time there and just enjoyed Tybee Island and Savannah during our stay.

This is a beautiful, convenient and well stocked condo. The host, Paula is extremely responsive and went above and beyond to help us arrange parking for a third car. We can’t wait to stay here again!
