Private 5 Star Downtown & Rodeo Stylish Decor

This is a private 2 bdrm 1 bath house. It is stylishly decorated and freshly remodeled, fully furnished with 2 super comfortable queen beds and a spacious bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything to cook an amazing meal. The house is a 5 minute drive to Fry’s grocery store, Walmart, downtown Prescott, many biking and hiking trails, and lots of awesome restaurants. This property also has a stackable washer and dryer that is there for your use. We promise you will feel right at home!
On this property there is a 1 bedroom guesthouse. It has its own entrance and parking spot.
There is an additional backyard that is community to both units.
You can absolutely rent both units together.
Dogs are allowed. Please notify host. There is a $100 pet fee.

What a cute cottage in a convenient location. The cottage was clean and was easy to find. It was so cute and comfortable. We enjoyed our visit to Prescott and the location was perfect.

Great visit! Place was exactly as shown. Easy to get in touch with the host, had some difficulty with AC on arrival but Corrie was on the phone quickly and resolved it-we were cool and comfortable all weekend. Will stay again! Thank you Corrie!

Welcoming clean home. Kitchen was well supplied, furniture & beds were comfortable. Enjoyed the private backyard. Close to dining, activities & shops. The location was wonderful. The kitchen was well supplied. We didn’t use the fireplace, yet the decor was very cozy and inviting. We had everything we needed. Comfy beds and super clean environment.

We have stayed twice in this rental, both times for two nights. What we like is that it is very close to downtown Prescott. The house itself is great for short stays where you will be using it as a "home base" as we did - mostly eating meals out, spending most of your time out and about. The kitchen is fine for a simple breakfast, but it has limited dishes, mixing bowls, baking pans, etc., if you want to cook something more substantial. Also, there is no grill in the small backyard (which is pretty noisy as Gail Gardner is just over the wall...but inside the house, it is quiet).For our purposes, the house is good - it's very clean, the beds are good, everything works the way it should. I would not recommend it for a long stay, but for a short getaway, it beats the heck out of a hotel, and the location really is great, which is why we have stayed here twice!
