Thumb Butte Sunset Loft - Downtown

Enjoy beautiful mountain views from this stylish downtown loft. Only two blocks from The Historic Courthouse Square where you'll find tons of history, shopping, restaurants, and of course, Whiskey Row.

Plenty of outdoor space with your own private, west facing balcony, with great sunset views of Thumb Butte and Granite Mountain. Relax among the birds, berries, flowers, grapes(PYOG), and cacti, in the backyard. It's entirely fenced, and your pet is welcome to roam. The courtyard is a shared space, but the 4 person outdoor dining area and charcoal grill is exclusive to you and your guests.

You have a private gate entrance which leads to your door with keypad access. Once inside, your kitchenette is on the first floor, then one flight of stairs to the rest of the loft.

Please note that the second bedroom is more of sleeping space than full size bedroom. It has a very comfortable queen bed, but is a tight fit for adults. Generally kids love it and it’s setup with them in mind. Please see photos of 2nd bedroom.

Our stay here was excellent. The place was super clean and had numerous amenities. The view from the balcony is lovely. Shane was very helpful and hospitable.

Great location, views & very peaceful

This was a great property for a couple or small family to enjoy a getaway in the quaint city of Prescott. An easy walk to historic downtown and a peaceful place to relax in the evenings and watch the sun go down on the deck. Would highly recommend!

Perfect Spot

Perfect spot for husband and I! Easy access, as listed in the site, very clean. This is where we stayed before and after our wedding it was a amazing spot and so cozy feeling. Would recommend to family and friends and hopefully we can stay again sometime soon!

Cozy and great amenities. Lots to explore, prime downtown area, would be great for kids. Easy check in and check out process. Responsive and kind host. Lots of cute little hidden rooms.

Great weekend

Very nice apartment. Close to Whiskey Row and the downtown restaurants. This is our second time staying here and will do it again.

Nice weekend

Arrived late and a huge spider welcomed and scared us...but the inside was delightful..loved the k cups n bottled water. Loved the deck and being able to walk downtown.

Cute loft in a great location

My family enjoyed staying here for a quick trip to Prescott. It was a quiet little area close enough to downtown for our needs. Clean, comfortable, and my 6 year old son loved the little hideaway room.

Great for a Weekend Getaway

We stayed two nights, and the property was just what we were looking for. The location is within walking distance of downtown Prescott, and has several restaurants and shops nearby. The property itself was clean and modern, with nearly every amenity you could need, and communication with the host was fast and friendly. We would definitely recommend this VRBO and hope to visit again soon.

Nice Loft with a great view of Thumb Butte

We had a nice visit to Prescott. This upstairs loft is a 5 minute walk from the Courthouse Plaza and has lots of nice touches such as a quiet A/C, ceiling fan, good internet, several outlets and light switches and lots of other amenities. The balcony is compact, but perfect for 2-3. One word of caution, if you or a family member have any mobility issues, the stairs in the loft and the hills in the neighborhood may be challenging. Nice place, we will be back!

Mini vacay to Prescott

We enjoyed our short stay here so much. It’s an adorable unit and so convenient to explore the historic downtown area. Although my favorite part was enjoying the spectacular yard area that was absolutely beautiful and so relaxing to sit or walk around in.

Relaxing Stay

We stayed at the loft for an ERAU open house. It is located close to downtown and only 10-15 minutes away from ERAU. The loft was so clean and comfortable to relax after a long day walking around. We will stay there again.

Phenomenal place to stay

Had a quick but wonderful stay here at the loft. It was very nicely decorated, cozy, clean and comfortable. I could tell by all of the attention to detail how much planning went into creating this space and making it feel homey. The host, Shane was very helpful and accomodating. Very communicative and made sure I had everything I needed for my stay. So appreciated and made the whole experience seemless. Great place to stay here in Prescott!

A hidden gem!

This place was absolutely perfect for my personal vacation. It is apparent that Shane takes great pride in the condition of his property, as well as, the comfort of his guests. The property was extremely clean when I arrived. Even in the corners and under rhe bed! I left my shoes at the door. ;) Shane supplies all of the essentials and doesn't skimp on quality. For instance, the toilet paper and paper towel are not cheap and flimsy. The bathroom is phenomenal and includes a bidet! The bed is super comfortable and the linens are fresh. The grounds are really pretty, too. You can tell that a lot of effort has gone into making this a nice place to stay. Unfortunately, the neighbors don't take as much pride in their properties as Shane but it's a quiet neighborhood and I didn't have any problems. Oh, and the big dogs across the alley are very friendly, and fun to watch! I was quite comfortable at this property and highly recommend it for your next getaway. Thanks Shane!

Excellent Property

The Thumb Butte loft has a convenient location to downtown Prescott. Shane sent several texts during our stay inquiring on whether we needed anything. The place was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We will definitely book this Prescott rental again.
