Looking at the home there is a set of stairs you must go down to get to the front door. This home consists of two bedrooms both with comfortable queen sized beds (one bedroom also has a twin size bed), a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen stocked with all the essentials, a dining room, a living room with a smart TV, a private washer and dryer, and a private fenced yard/patio.

You will receive a unique door code on the day of your check-in when the home is available for check-in :)

We like to give our guests complete privacy. We live locally and are available at anytime notice for anything you may need :)

Being an easy 10 minute walk to Whiskey Row, this home gives you proximity to some of Prescott’s main attractions. Nature lovers like it too, since it’s only a ten minute drive away from many hiking and biking trails, such as Thumb Butte!

The home is located one a main road, making travel very easy.

Right behind this home is another one of our rentals, so the driveway is shared... but don’t worry! You’ll still have plenty of Privacy!

There is on site parking but be aware the back unit is also a rental unit so please park closer to the left ( nearest to the property).

#2: Something Big: $80/ includes heart swan towels, fake rose pedals and candels, a sign with a personalized note, a box of chocolate, champagne/sparkling cider, a large bear, and heart balloons.
