LOCATION
Set in a prime location, this 2-bedroom NorthEnd home is part of an eight-unit condo complex, located on the second level. We offer an ideal location, no need to carry your beach items, you are just steps from the Boardwalk/Ocean, just a 2-minute walk (or 10 second run). Carrying all those beach items will now be a distance memory and should you need to go back for that emergency, it is nice to know it is all doable.

The interior of this 2-bedroom home has been thoughtfully redesigned to create a space that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. Creating a harmonious and inviting atmosphere. The open-concept living area is bathed in natural light, thanks to multiple windows.

The living room features sleek, modern furnishings that exude comfort and style. The neutral color palette, accented with pops of coastal hues, enhances the sense of tranquility and spaciousness. The new adjoining kitchen is equipped with appliances, ample counter space, and new cabinetry. Whether you’re preparing a quick snack or a gourmet meal, this kitchen caters for all your culinary needs.

BEDROOM
The master Bedroom offers a king size bed, and our second bedroom has a Queen bed. Our Memory Foam mattress will cradle your body and relieve pressure points, so you wake up well rested.. Ample closet space ensures that all your belongings are neatly organized, while the large windows provide a constant reminder of the beauty that lies just outside.

BATHROOM BLISS
The bathroom has been transformed into a spa-like retreat, featuring luxurious fixtures and finishes. The modern vanity, spacious shower, and premium tiles create a space that is both functional and indulgent. Every detail has been carefully considered to provide the utmost comfort and convenience.

OUTDOOR LIVING
One of the standout features of this residence is its outdoor living space. The patio is an extension of the home, offering a serene spot to enjoy your morning coffee, host a barbecue, or simply relax with a good book. The outdoor oasis provides a sense of seclusion and tranquility.

No parties or gatherings. Occupancy limits must be followed. Exceeding the agreed upon occupancy or receiving complaints from neighbors may result in removal without a refund.

This unit is a second-floor apartment and requires 1 flight of stairs to access. Please keep this in mind when booking.

All TVs are Smart TVs and require you to provide your own login for your preferred streaming services. There is no cable TV or streaming logins provided.

Please note this is a no smoking property. No smoking anywhere on the premises.

The backyard is a shared space. Please be courteous and share the outdoor spaces.

The minimum age to book is 25 years old, and the primary guest completing the reservation must remain for the duration of the stay. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested prior to or at the time of check-in. If the adult booking is not present at the time of check-in and for the duration of the say, the occupants will be removed without refund.

Please be advised that for non-family guests who are 21 years of age or younger, a security person may be required according to the regulations of Seaside Heights. If this is the case, an additional fee of $250 per night will apply.
