The location was great! Easy access to the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The condo had everything we needed and the hosts provided excellent directions for accessing the property. I would definitely stay again.

Excellent ocean views steps away from the beach. Nice, quiet location convenient to a lovely shopping area that is a two minute bike ride away. My husband and I were able to relax and get some much needed rest. We will be back. Thank you Erin and Nick!

We enjoyed our stay and the condo was great. Communication was very good other than a situation with our bikes we were bringing. My only suggestion is read the communication early on in the process from those booking and don’t wait until so late they can’t cancel to make a change. All in all it was great and perfect location.

Nice ocean view and steps from the boardwalk to the beach. We enjoyed this lovely updated unit with new and comfortable furnishings, huge shower and coastal beach deco thru out. Great hosts!

The host was great at communicating and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The condo was very comfortable and clean and within steps of the beach. We loved having the bikes to ride on the beach and into town. We highly recommend this property and hope to go back again.

The accommodations were just as described. Questions were answered promptly and they provided clear and concise information and guides for the area. When returning to the area we would look to stay at this location again.

This condo was perfect for two people, and the location couldn’t have been better! Being just steps from the beach and within walking distance of Coligny Plaza was a huge perk. The condo was very clean, and had everything we needed for our five-night stay. The hosts were also extremely responsive and helpful, which made the experience even better.

First of all, the communication even prior to booking (I had questions) was my initial reason for choosing this one over another at the same property. She was spot on in her timing and I really wanted to be able to see the beach from the balcony. Checking in was a cinch and we were very comfortable during our two nights. The bed was perfect and even more, for me, was not having light coming in from the main breezeway. The only thing I would tell future guests is make sure you know the code for your unit AND the code for the beach entrance. I overlooked this in the notes and I must have driven her crazy with my messages, but, like every time she was quick to respond.I would certainly book here again if we were to come back to HHI. The location is great with the proximity to Coligny Plaza and you couldn’t ask for a better host.

We are the Tallent's- Homeschooling, construction company owners, who were born and raised in Northwest Ohio, but call Tega Cay, South Carolina our home now since 2005. Nick loves to cook and Erin loves gardening. We both LOVE food! We also enjoy spending our free time outside with the family mostly on the water, but also camping and hiking. Boating, paddling, fishing, tubing ect. are some of our favorite water activities. You can most often find us hanging with our kids or around the table enjoying good food, games and friendships!

We fell in love with HHI and the slow pace of Island life the very first time we visited with our large family in 2005. We dreamed of the day when we would eventually have a place to call our own near the ocean! We love Sea Side Villas and the vast beach and activities that South Forest Beach has to offer. Biking, long walks on the beach, thrifting, grilling out, games, watching the sun rise and set, and night crabbing are our favorite things to do while staying at Coastal Thyme!
