No le gustó: Check-in
Slight problem getting into the place as the lock had malfunctioned so we could not lock the door for the first day. Willie did communicate with us throughout about what he was doing to fix the problem but it was a day later before we could lock the place up again. House was really clean and the look and feel of the old house was really cool. It was a good location for us to enjoy our nephew's wedding.

I am sorry the electronic keypad unexpectedly stop working but I replaced the lock the same night and when that had connection issues I made sure there was a key available the very next day. When issue arise we seek to solve them right away. Unfortunately our fast response still costed us a star. I am glad you enjoyed your stay and enjoyed the house!

This place exceeded my wildest expectations. The house looks little on the outside but it's huge inside! It's an old house junkie's dream, impeccably maintained and every choice from the wallpaper to the penny tiles was period perfect. I read in the guestbook that one of their guests actually grew up there, then came back for a visit, and thanked the host for giving the place a new life, how cool is that!?! The location is perfect and if we're ever in the area again, this will be our home base for sure. I highly recommend this home and host!

What a great place! This newly renovated house has all the space and amenities anyone could need for a comfortable stay...the location is perfect for anyone visiting Grand Rapids or the many towns along MI West Coast...Would highly recommend it to anyone

There was a bit of a hiccup getting in at first, but the home was everything we were looking for regarding spaces available. It also had a very nice kitchen and we also enjoyed the arcade games in the basement rec room.

Wow, what a place! It was everything that was listed and more! Very charming, yet updated where needed. We are already planning our next trip back. The host was amazing. CLEAN and COZY!!

The house was very clean, well stocked with helpful items, beautiful, and authentically decorated. The beds were very comfortable. Each room had a closet and there were 3 wonderful bathrooms. The tv was easy to use. And the host was very helpful and kind.

The house was beautiful and very, very clean. Small details were thought of with this property. The fire pit was a great addition. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the property. Will was a great host and very responsive to communications. We will definitely book again when we are in town next year.

This is a beautiful, old home right near downtown Hudsonville. We were in town hosting an event at Terra Square. With a historic home comes a couple of challenges with retrofitting appliances and amenities. The dishwasher was far from the sink in a hallway cabinet, drawers were difficult to open, and the refrigerator door does not open fully. I don’t see how the host could have set it up differently given the home layout. Hot and cold water comes out of different faucets in the bathroom. You wash your face with either cold water or really hot water.You had also be prepared to climb some serious stairs to the second floor. My parents were not making it up there. Not a fault of the home or owner, just a warning.
