All around nice

There was enough room for my 18 people. The house was in a good location only a 12 min drive to downtown GR. The host was very nice and answered fast when I had questions.

So Cute & Fun!

I didn’t quite understand the auto lock system, the owner was so kind and responded so quickly! The house was clean and adorable! The games they had available were fun and it’s nicely located close to everything!! We were only 15 mins from downtown GR. The neighborhood was quiet and clean as well. I highly recommend this house for any occasion.

Great for big groups!

The house was spacious and perfect for a family of all ages! The basement was a favorite in which there were plenty of games for everyone and a TV to watch movies and shows. Grocery stores were 6-10 minutes away and night life about 10-15 minutes. Leticia was always communicative and helpful. Thank you!

Great place for a large group close to Grand Rapids

This house was perfect for my group. Plenty of space and beds for everyone to sleep comfortably. The proximity to downtown Grand Rapids was great, only a 10 minute drive away. The online listing was pretty sparse in terms of amenities, and the pictures wound up being slightly confusing. For example one picture shows what looks like a Blackstone outside, when in reality there was a charcoal grill. But communication with the properly owner was great, so we didn't have any issues. Overall definitely a great place to stay, and I would recommend the place to anyone.

Grand Rapids wedding weekend

Overall the house was clean. Wish there was gas to use grill. Wasn’t left w much paper towels. Wish pillows were a little more comfortable. None of outlets in back bedroom w bunkbeds worked. The other back bedroom w king bed only had one outlet working behind bed.

Not comfortable for large groups

If you plan on sleeping 20 in this house, 10-12 have to be children. There weren’t enough towels, and some of the towels they did have were soaking wet when we got there. Other than the misrepresentation of how large the property was, it was fine.

Regarding the number of guests, our home is designed to accommodate 20 guests comfortably, whether they are adults or children. Great place to stay with easy access to major roadways.The house was very clean and fit our small family gathering well. The arcade was out of order which was disappointing, but there were enough other options to keep the kids happy. Everything else was as advertised. Be aware that there is no dishwasher, so plan to do all the dishes or use as many paper plates as possible.The only real issue we had was that the AC could not keep up with the daily 90 degree heat and afternoon sun shinning on the front of the house that we had for the majority of our stay. The main living space got up to 80 degrees in the late afternoons while the basement and bedrooms kept a decent temperature. The AC was able to catch up overnight and the Host even had a HVAC tech come out to see if they could fix anything. The solution is that it likely needs new widows that block some heat better, but it should only affect stays on hot days. On the 90 degree cloudy day it only got up to 74 degrees in the main space. If it wasn't so hot and sunny I doubt it would have been an issue at all.
