Our condo is perfectly situated on the 14th floor unit with amazing views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 75” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 65" SMART TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the master, a King in the 2nd bedroom, two Twin over Queen bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom, and a queen sized sleeper sofa for sleeping up to 12.
There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool that connects with a lazy river and water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, large jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.
Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Gulf Shores II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. The host was awesome and very helpful. Beautiful condo. Very clean!!! Nice bathrooms and spacious closets. One of the best condos we’ve rented. Looks exactly like pictures. The pool is excellent and my granddaughter loved the slide. Great parking and beach view. I would highly recommend this condo.

Wonderful, clean condo and great complex overall. Pool could have been warmer but the kids still loved it. Super easy keyless entry and parking garage with carts to haul luggage.

We were actually 4 families in a 3bedroom condo since a 4 wasn’t available on our needed dates for a last minute trip. We chose this condo for the lazy river and slide since we did have a small child that would require some entertaining. The condo was absolutely wonderful. Very clean. Included everything we needed. Plenty of room. View was fantastic from the 14th floor. Parking was easy. The hardest part for us was finding the entrance. Using the map we all missed it a few times. Especially at night. And all when leaving it’s a right turn only.... And there’s plenty of room to turn left without having to go make a U turn. We also had a little trouble finding and getting the parking pass at the kiosk but front desk had it printed and ready! Overall. We loved it and would love to come stay there again!
