Recently updated!!! Courtside is an ocean-oriented complex with first-floor apartments, two-story and three-story townhouses. Courtside 115 is a ground floor apartment with no steps to navigate. These properties are within 1 to 2 blocks of the Atlantic Ocean beach and Van Der Meer Tennis Center. A special membership with Van der Meer provides Courtside guests with tennis privileges up to one hour per day per condo. This community has two on-site pools, a lagoon with fountain, and parking at the front door of each property. Courtside is within 3 blocks of Coligny Plaza, the Beach Market and Park. This quaint downtown area offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. Three flat screen TVs. King in master bedroom, King in bedroom 2, living room has sleeper sofa.

Great Week on HHI!

Wonderful Experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Exactly what we needed. We shared this unit with another couple. It was great to have 2 king beds. The unit was clean and equipped with all the kitchen necessities. The living area was comfortable and the TV in each room was a nice touch. The only issue we had was space to store our groceries as the pantry was used as an owner closet so we were locked out of using it. Another suggestion would be to move the silverware draw to the other side of the stove so if someone is working by the sink they can get to the silverware without moving people around.

3 Generations of Women Family Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely unit! It’s on the first floor with no stairs. Plenty of space for 2 couples or a family of 4. The swimming pool was right outside our unit, access through the living room sliding doors. The unit was very clean and had plenty of cooking utensils and pots and pans. Main bedroom has a walk in shower which was very convenient for my mom who has mobility issues. Great location. You can walk (about 10 minutes) or drive and park near Coligny Plaza. Beach chairs (2) and umbrella rental packages are available on the beach for about $45 a day. We were only here for 3 nights which included a day in Savannah so we only had one beach day. The beach rental was our best option. I would definite recommend this unit because of the comfortable accommodations and location! It was a great place for us!

Great stay! exactly where wanted to be. Right across from our family who owns at the property. Dryer was having issue, called and someone was out same day! Will rent again for sure!

We had a great time at courtside 115! Everything was as advertised, the property was clean and we were closed to everything. Would definitely stay again!

Didn't get listed we signed for

We signed for one condo in Apr2022 but upon arrival discovered there was a snowbird in it & company tried to give us another unit without telling us. Substitute unit was not what we expected & company chgd us to another complex which probably was an upgrade.

The location is magnificent. Step outside your door you are right by the pool. Walk a block and a half and you are by the beautiful beach. Easy walking to Coligny Plaza, where there are some great restaurants.The unit was clean, and the updated bedroom, and bed were quite comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The only thing that I would have liked in the unit would have been a ceiling fan in the bedroom, and an electric grill outside on the patio would have been a big help for dinners.I recommend this unit highly. I also recommend Courtside for your next rental. This was the second time we rented in Courtside, and it will not be the last time.

The kitchen has plenty of dishes, glassware, and utensils. It is convenient to the pool and a nice walk to the beach. There are racks so bikes can be secured. We enjoyed staying in this place!

Old and worn out

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The kitchen of this rental certainly needs an overhaul . Cupboards dirty inside and out, shelf liners were old plastic stuff. The drawers were off their tracks. Most everything need to be washed before we would eat or cook with them.Carpets throughout were stained, including the front entrance. Lack of garbage can lids outside. Living room furniture old, the one recliner barely worked. All the throw pillows were stained. We have stayed at Courstide many times and never had a bad experience . The wifi was not efficient and had no password for use. Very strange, outdated rental.
