This charming coastal cottage is newly renovated and professionally designed. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for meal prep and beach towels are also provided for your convenience. The washer and dryer are comfortably located in the carport unit. From the sunroom, you can walk out to the beautiful patio with a dining table and garden lights, perfect for outdoor dining. There is also a spacious backyard.

Two kayaks with trolleys are included, making it easy to take advantage of the nearby kayak ramp and explore the breathtaking Sarasota Bay and the Gulf of Mexico.

The VRBO was easy to access from the places we planned to visit in Sarasota. I appreciate the coziness and cleanliness. There were little things like extra throw blankets and bathroom hair and body soaps making our trip easier, yet like we were still at home. The kids called it their dream home for when they get older! 10/10 - great experience for our family trip!

Location is handy to about anything you'd want. The Kayaks were a nice bonus if you want to put in the work of figuring out the dolly and such. The house isn’t fully updated but nice enough. The hosts are fantastic with communication, very helpful, friendly and respectful. Oh, and the carport was awesome to keep our car and bikes out of the hot sun and rain and be able to load/unload in the shade.

Perfect Location and Excellent Communication!

AMAZING! I was pleased with this property and highly recommend it for its location, accommodations, and ease of access and communication with the hosts. They were welcoming, responsive, and accommodating especially when an issue came up with the AC. They jumped into action and handled the situation quickly. The house was clean and the location is only two blocks from the bay where you can kayak to the gulf and find tons of sea shells. If you love the water then this is the place to stay! We had a wondeful visit and will definitely return.
