Perfect Location

Second visit to this property. We love the location with walking distance to downtown and beach, patio and pool. We were very happy with our stay.

This property was fantastic! Walking distance to so many things and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Wonderful location

Clean, well kept condo close to everything. Had everything we needed for a long weekend getaway. Close to boardwalk, restaurants and shopping.

Couples Paradise

This is our 2 year staying here. I would highly recommend this property and Deanna is absolutely amazing. Everything about it is perfect for our stay. We will be staying here again next year.

Great place to stay!

This is our fourth year in a row visiting Grand Haven and this has been our favorite place to stay so far! It was a great location between town and the state park. We were able to walk with our toddler and baby to almost every place we wanted to go. We enjoyed the pool and it was very convenient to have a washer and dryer in the unit for having small children.

great condo

We really enjoyed staying here. Location was great, central to restaurants and events, but quiet. Pool is nice. Hosts were very helpful with requests. Perfect place for a couple.

Cozy and perfect for a couple

This is our 3 year coming to Grand Haven for our anniversary. This location is by far the best we have stayed. We plan on booking for next year.

Great location!

The place was amazing! An easy walk to downtown and the harbor. A little further to the beach but an extremely short drive or long walk. Will be back for sure!!

It's a gem

We enjoyed this location morenthan any other we've stayed at in Grand Haven. It's in an ideal location within walking distance to everything and the property is nicely updated, has comfy furniture and bed, a pool, and peak-a-boo view of the river and sunset. The owner was great to work with. We loved it so much we booked again for next year.

Little paradise

We rented 3 condos within the same complex for our larger family. My parents stayed in this condo which was perfect for being close to the pool and having littles ones. Walking distance to DT, restaurants, and just. Short drive to beach. Very clean! Will rent again.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay so much! We were able to walk downtown several times during our stay. Our friends also stayed in another unit so it was nice for the kids. The only downside was the pool is only open for renters between 12-5pm. So we didn’t get to take advantage of that much. I highly recommend for a couple or small family.

Family vacation

This was the perfect condo for our family vacation! We brought our 6 and 3 year old boys, who loved the pull-out couch bed. DeAnna was so nice and helpful, and gave us some great places to eat and things to do with kids while we were on vacation! The central location was amazing, and was within walking distance to a playground, the beach, the social district, many restaurants and shops, coffee shops, Pronto Pups, and several ice cream places! Would recommend to any small family looking for a getaway! Late June or July would be ideal, the water on the lake and the wind was cold when we were there! (But the kids didn’t mind at all).

Will never rent unit again

The property had not been cleaned throughly. Was on my way home after feeling unable to stay in an unclean rental when contact manager called. She cleaned the stove, counters, refrigerator, shower, and pubic hair on the basin of the toilet. I've never been so disgusted. I was given a $400 credit but it didnt make me feel more comfotable staying there.

Loved our stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! It was nice and clean and very conveniently located! The property owner was very attentive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!
