It exceeded our expectations.

We loved staying here. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as it looked in the photos. You can tell the host pays great attention to every detail to ensure guests feel at ease. We spent a very peaceful few days and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our vacation so special!

Perfect spot for our needs, clean and well equipped. Mostly peaceful, sadly didn't get a chance to use the hot tub or the kayaks - maybe next time! Would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous house! Hot tub, fishing, kayaking, outdoor shower, fire pit, grill and overall very relaxing back yard with lots of wildlife in the canal. Inside the fully equipped kitchen and great living space including huge televisions. Very accommodating and welcoming. Beach 15 minute walk which our dog loved. Had a fantastic vacay!

We loved staying in this beautiful home. The best part was how great the communication was with the host! Tim was so fast to respond and resolved any issue or questions we had with great kindness! The hot tub was so relaxing and convenient. The kids loved fishing off the dock! We would love to visit again next year!

We love the location of this home and the fact that it's pet friendly and very clean. We enjoyed the screened lanai and the hot tub out under the stars and the addition of plenty of beach type towels. Although all furnishings, equipment and linens seemed new, the property is not what I'd consider luxuriously appointed as listed. That is absolutely not a complaint, simply an observation for review purposes. If coffee is important, the coffee maker does not use pods and there are filters on hand but no coffee (the store at the end of the road sells Cafe Bustelo brand). Navigating the street and parking is interesting as the street is very compact and crowded. Again, not a complaint, just an observation. The only complaint would be the communication from the property managers which kept informing us (even days before we checked in) that we'd be charged extra if we weren't out by checkout time. Again though, wonderful location, clean, pet friendly.

Thanks Stacie for the wonderful review! There should have been coffee there so we will address with our team. As far as the messages go, we ended up having to this because of the amount of guests that said they didn’t know check out time was at 10am even though it was in a the communications. Our cleaners need the full 6 hours to get the property ready before the next guest checks in at 4pm, but I’ll see how we can make that better!

Wonderful stay!

I stayed at this adorable two bed/one bath home in Hudson, Florida during a recent work trip. It was incredibly clean and well stocked with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. In fact, I have already booked it for a second stay! It has an adorable screened in patio, a hot tub, and it’s right on the canal and even has a kayak. Although I didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub or the kayak, I plan to on my upcoming trip! It’s a very easy walk right down to the pier. The kitchen was well stocked, the bed was comfortable. Highly recommend!
