Perfect for a family vacation or a couple's retreat, this 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is located at desirable Silver Dunes, with beautiful beach view from the 2nd floor balcony, den and kitchen windows. Kitchen has been recently updated with granite countertops and all new appliances and is fully equipped. Washer and dryer. All the comforts of home and just steps to the beautiful white sand beach. Beach service is available. The complex has a heated pool, work out facility, game room, tennis courts and shuffleboard. We are right in the middle of wonderful restaurants, fast food, amusement parks, grocery stores and entertainment venues. Come on down!

Owners communicated fast and were very sweet! The property manager as awesome had everything we needed. Great location as close to beach as you could get even my mother who can’t walk well was able to go to beach they had elevators and security and it was gated!!! Had our best vacation my brother is Autistic and felt at home there the condo was very nice!

This place was the perfect location for us!! Very family friendly and so close to the beach…just the way we wanted it!! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our group of 4! Would recommend 100%!!

Excellent view of Gulf and grounds. Clean good beds will stocked kitchen. Quite while we were there late April. Very quick response from management and owner. Security even came to our condo to help with connection to WiFi. Been to Destin 8 times and stayed 5 to 6 days at this condo all 8 times. Would not stay anywhere else but at this condo. Craig

Wonderful Vacation

The condo was just right for our group. We loved how close it was to the beach and the view from the balcony was gorgeous. Everything was comfortable and relaxing. We had a wonderful vacation!

Ocean view, just a few steps and you're on the beach. Nice little condo. It's my 2nd time to stay there so I enjoy it. Has everything you need. Beds are comfortable. Nice living room furniture. You won't be disappointed. Pool area us so nice.

Kent Hardin of Memphis, TN is owner of this property. His father and uncle were amongst the first owners of units in this complex. Kent is an avid fisherman and known around town as Captain Kent.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

Kent purchased this place from his Uncle Jabie Hardin back in the early 90s. When Opal came through and leveled the front two buildings , a complete rebuild was necessary. The balcony was expanded, bathrooms enlarged and a washer and dryer were added.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

One of the most unique features about the complex is the green lawn area between the buildings. In the evening you will find chairs pulled out in circles to talk and enjoy the view, children playing Frisbee, and people walking hand in hand down to the beautiful beach. Silver Dunes has retained its charm since the 70s and has not given way to the high rise craze. It is still a place to bring a family or friends and enjoy the ease of a walk up condo and be close enough to the beach to hear the waves lapping at the shore.
