This beautiful two bedroom two full bath is the perfect place to get away from it all. We are in the C-1 (midrise tower), on the fifth floor (#503). MBR king bed-gulf view, master shower bath, guest br queen bed/bath tub/shower, washer/dryer. Full kitchen opens to dining, den, and spectacular view of the gulf. New sofa, loveseat, recliner, and large flatscreen t.v. Easily sleeps 4-- but also has a queen pull out couch for 2 more. Two chain grocery stores and 3-4 restaurants within a mile of property. Condo has two pools, snack bar (summer), availabilty of rental chairs/umbrellas, wave runner, deck boat, canoe, and much more. Biking friendly.

Condo needs some serious updating:1) front door knob was almost coming off-I was able to fix it myself 2) handle on balcony door coming apart 3) only 2 chairs on balcony and 1 was broken and unusable 4) didn’t have use of kitchen sink for a couple days due to a leak which had been going on for a while Owner was non responsive until VRBO reached out to him because of the leak issue…only then did he reach out after numerous requests by us

Pinnacle Port is our favorite!

We love PP at PCB and have stayed in many of their condos. This one was clean, well appointed, listing was accurate. The beach at PCB never disappoints us! The only negative about this property was a lack of communication with the owner. We sent a message through Vrbo but never heard anything back. We weren’t sure how to contact him otherwise.

Wonderful property! Great views! Quiet!

We had a lovely time at this condo! There was a minor hiccup with getting the code for the keys but, VRBO and the owner quickly helped fix it. The views from the balcony are beautiful, it’s in a gated community, condo is next to the elevator making for quick and easy access to the beach, a partially covered pool is within quick walking distance as well as a playground and uncovered pool. The beds were very, very comfortable and having a bathroom off each bedroom was very nice as well. We’ll definitely be coming back! The handle to the door going out on the balcony and the shades in the living room probably need to be replaced but, it didn’t effect our trip and how much we enjoyed our stay.

VRBO map shows the property in Ramsgate, it's not and you don't find this out until 3 days before your stay. VRBO needs to fix their map.2nd bathroom had black hair on the floor, enough to notice it.Door handle to patio came off. Lock and handle assembly need to be removed, cleaned, oiled, and reinstalled.For the 5 days we were there the only elevator in the building was out of service and had been for sometime before we arrived. It does have a beautiful beach view and we did see several good sunsets. Would be helpful for visitors to know that C1 is the third building when you enter.Would also be appreciated if there where restaurant and shopping suggestions. More than just the tourist map.Some phone contacts would also be good incase an appliance dies, or there's a plumbing issue, etc. Even a contact for the complex managers office.

This property has excellent beach views and easy beach access. The kitchen is well stocked with all the necessities and many extras. The bedding and linens are top notch! Check in was simple once we were recieved instructions. Communication with the host was adequate, but some questions we had remained unanswered. There were very few demands by the host, no long lists of requirements and rules, just a video to review standard rental dos and donts. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay again.

Beautiful Location

Hey y’all! Our week at Pinnacle Port was so much fun! Here are the high points:*super clean*lots of towels and supplies*location was far enough away from PCB to avoid the crowds but close enough to do all the fun stuff*the view and proximity to beach-we could put our chairs out in the morning and see them from the balconyBe sure to check out the Donut Hole for diner type food and THE best biscuits.

Great getaway

Every thing was good with the condo but the new check in for the gate was a surprise charge. Rentors should be made aware beforehand of this and if you plan on having a guest, the same charge applies to them as well.

Nice and Cozy Condo, no communication.

Great vacation once we started it. We couldn't get onsite and check-in because when we arrived we found out that we had to pay another $35 online to get a parking pass to get in the gate. Their was no mention of this in the listing and we couldn't get in contact the owner. After going online and paying that to register our vehicle we still couldn't get the code to get in. After over 2 hours of waiting and going through VRBO to get in contact with the owner, we were finally able to get the gate guard to let us in. The code finally came to my phone and coming and going was easy for the rest of the trip. The condo was very comfortable. View is nice and you are VERY close to the beach. We like staying at Pinnacle. If we could have gotten in without the hassle it would be a full 5 stars.

Nice place, but totally absent owner!

This condo was nice, right on the beach. But the owner completely ignored all communications. Dirty laundry left there and wifi info was incorrect. Fortunately there was extra linens and we found free wifi, but if there wasn't,.. owner never responded.

William is a horrible property manager!

Pinnacle Port was beautiful and will definitely stay there again perfect area and perfect set up! William on the other hand was horrible absolutely no communication once I booked I received a confirmation then I didn’t hear from him, till I contacted him 2hr from arrival on the day of check in. I asked for our door code he then responded with sorry thought I sent that to you, I will let the security guard know you are on your way for a parking pass, when we get there you have to have a QR code and we code not get in the gate. Apparently he does this all the time to his guest he contacted him back and he never replied back to us we contacted VRBO they offered us to find another place to stay and they would comp us the different in price. It was a mess and needless to say we ended up going back to the property and getting in without the QR code but it was 3hr after checkin and several phone calls to Pinnacle Port later they verified our reservation and let us in our room. Saying William knows the QR policy it’s been in effect since March of 2024. I will definitely be going back to stay with Pinnacle Port but not staying in Williams property.

Constant musty, damp feeling,and smell, not the greatest view, small balcony, uncomfortable chairs, terrible wifi, driving thru the gated community in and out is a pain. The positive is very close to beach, and not overcrowded. Will not return.

Love the location -communication is not his strong suit

I booked back in January and had a few questions that were never answered. Okay that’s fine. I will wait til closer. So I waited until April to ask again. Nope. Day of check in, we flew in and I was nervous so I called. VRBO and they called him and gave me his phone number. I finally got a blanket message with the code and check in time. We arrived at 5 pm an hour after check in and it had NOT been cleaned from the previous person. Dirty towels on the flour, sheets on the floor, sand everywhere. So I called and the earliest he could get someone was the next morning but to he would be willing to give us a refund for our troubles. Then we realized the A/c wasn’t working. So that first night was awful. He agreed over the phone not through VRBO to refund one night stay. And now here we are. It’s been 3 weeks and I have no refund or reply back. I was waiting to send this review to see if I would get a reply because according to VRBO I shouldn’t have called where there was no proof. It is too bad because we love the location.

Just what we needed

The property and owners were great! Everything was easy. The condo was nice and comfortable. We loved our mini vacation! I love that is on the edge of PCB It was a perfect location for my family and we were close enough to see the activities at PCB, but away from it too!

Postcard Views is right!

Really enjoyed our (too short) visit. Everything was immaculate and was sorry to leave! Only drawback was the Wi-Fi instructions weren’t accurate. The name given to use was not found on our search to connect. Perhaps it needs updating for future guests? Thank you!

Hidden gem!!

Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and plenty of room. That’s just the condo. The location was amazing. We have never stayed here but we will definely be back. The only negatives was the elevator didn’t work often and the condo it’s self was the doorknob came off in my hand to the balcony. It was missing the set screw that held it in so the door was hard to close and the chairs on the balcony were flimsy and uncomfortable. Those things were easily overlooked by the comfort and location. Thank you we will be back!

Awesome place!

Beautiful view right on the beach. While you can't see the sun rise or set the glow & sky is still beautiful from tge balcony. Loved every minute. Fully equipped kitchen- blender -crockpot- lots of pots pans mixing bowls & utensils & dishes cups & glases. Beds were super comfortable & more than enough towels & bedding. Washer & dryer as well. You'll need the standard trash bags laundry soap. While there wasn't private internet service there was public wifi available & they did have direct tv. Also there were no instructions normally provided for phone numbers if needed if there was a problem or what to do when leaving. Owner thinks perhaps this was accidentally misplaced so unless the instructions been replaced, just common sense; take trash out; run dish washer; strip beds; lock the door etc.. The owner could communicate a little better to answer questions but he dod answer eventually. Overall it was a very nice stay, lovely condo on a beautiful beach! We loved it! 😍

Wonderful Location

We stayed here for 5 days and had a great time. It is beachfront with a fantastic view. The neighborhood is quiet and great for kids, we have three of them all under 10 years old. The property is the best one we have stayed at as far as what is provided and that made our vacation that much better. Definitely looking forward to returning.

Just as nice as any other condo that I've stayed at on this property

This is the place to go if you want to be out of the beach crowd of the sky scrapers in PCB. We drive 12 hours from IL to go here. You can spread out on the beach away from others if you like. Been to Pinnacle Port 4 or 5 times in the past 7 or 8 years staying in a different condo each time. I lost count. This is our go to place when we go to the beach. The condo was great. Had everything we needed. It was clean and well kept. There were a couple of additional a/c units in the bedrooms that really kept the place cool and comfy to sleep. The view from the 5th floor was nice, elevator was never busy. This condo has a swing out door to the balcony which I liked a lot better than the hard to open sliders on the others. Appliances are up to date. Someone in a previous review mentioned mold. There's no mold. The king bed was very comfortable. I didn't sleep in the queen, the kids did so I don't know about it but they slept good. The rate was also really reasonable. We never made it to the pools this time as we stayed out on the beach. I did use the grills 3 nights and the grills were clean each time. I would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I love the beach. We bought this condo as an investment property but also a place for family and friends to gather. We try to go as often as time permits (never enough time). We simply fell in love with Pinnacle Port. We live in Pelham, Al. Both of us are northern natives, but will never leave the south. She is a professional and I am blue collar. My wife graduated from the University of Kentucky, and did graduate school at the University of Louisville. I graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). We are a Wildcat/Bama home (not in that order, but don't tell her).

We have always loved Panama City Beach. With beautiful beaches and clean emerald water, one can't help but to relax here. We have vacationed in many places here in PC, and just fell in love with Pinnacle Port.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

This place is all about family. It sits on the quiet west side of Panama City. One can enjoy all Panama City has to offer or can simply never leave this little peice of paradise. Lake Powell sits right next door affording additional privacy to the area. Our beach borders Camp Helen State Park, so a quiet walk on the beach is just that--Both quiet and less populated. Beyond that are the beaches of Scenic HWY 30-A. A great beautiful place to explore. Ideal for the casual bike ride. Sunsets are amazing from the back deck.
