Great spot everything was good except the bathroom is so small and you can barely move around and there’s only one bathroom with joining rooms kinda awkward when you have teens. Other than that it was nice.

We loved it! Boho cute and location is everything! Does not have dishwasher or many dishes… but it’s vacation so eat out! Carport is an amazing hang out!

Perfect Beach House and Location!

Stayed 9 nights with my wife, dog and another couple. We all loved the house, no complaints. Close walk to the beach across the street, all the stores you need within a 5 min drive - will definitely be back!

Relaxing Long Weekend

The property is a cute beach home. It has a fun, retro vibe. The location is amazing!!! Literally right across the street from beach access. The beach here is not restricted like that in South Walton County, which is also a plus. The property owner was easy to communicate with and was very accommodating for our trip.

Everything you need!

This is a great spot for everyone. Right across the street from the beach, just outside PCB, close to everything etc. Communication with host was great. Needed to stay an extra night and it was a simple process. My daughters, our dog Willow and I will be back again

PCB Getaway

House was in a great location away from the strip traffic. Beds were comfortable. I would be pleased to rent again.

Spring Break

Overall, stay was okay. The location was great--beach access 87 was a few steps away from house. It appears this is a new listing with no previous reservations because I did not see reviews. I did take a chance on making this reservation. The house is best for a small group. My original plan included two additional children but they were not able to come on trip with my son and I. This turned out better because the house is best for two. The furnishing was nice. It has one full bath (small) inside the house and a 1/2 bath out by the patio which was not practical for us. The house had some kitchen necessities but if you are a coffee drinker, no coffee maker. There is an air fryer that my son made use of. There are bath towels but no beach towels provided. Make sure to also pack beach chairs. Note, this house does not have a dishwasher, washer or dryer. As I mentioned, overall the house was fine for a few days--as long as your group is 2-3. The location is great--steps to beach, close to stores and restaurants. Kevin was great at responding when I had questions.
