Cozy 2/2 in a serene, park-like setting, near Minot Beach & coastal marshes

We are in the process of adding a 2nd bathroom, a gas fireplace and a deck with views of the water in early spring 2026. Stella Sorelle is a cozy, yet well-appointed 2 bedroom/2 bath cottage with a gas fireplace and outside deck. Its a wonderful home base to explore the charming fishing villages of Scituate & Cohasset and their great restaurants or to work remotely from. It is located on a private compound with resident access only. It's quiet, serene and surrounded by trees, grass, marsh and waterways. You will feel like you have escaped to a private estate and yet you are close to the action. This sweet cottage has been fully renovated and is well supplied with comfortable seating and a stocked kitchen. The beds are inviting, the bed linens delightful and the bath towels thick. Sink into an Adirondack chair by the firepit and take in the unique surroundings. You will find body wash and shampoo/conditioner in the shower the laundry area is stocked with Tide pods, dryer sheets and other laundry essentials. Roku TV and Sonos sound system in the living room area make the cottage extra pleasant.

It is a short walk to Minot Beach and the lovely Minot neighborhood. Just 5 minutes to the Commuter rail into Boston and beyond. Perfect for a weekend get-away or a month long retreat.

Stella Sorelle is one of a trio of homes we have available at the Salt Marshes, Treasure island. Stella Maris, across the yard, is a 6/3 that sleeps 12 and has wonderful sunsets and marsh views. Stella Serena, across the street is a 3/2 that sleeps 6 and has incredible views of the marsh and Briggs Harbor.
