Welcome to your Denver design dream. This architecturally striking, brand-new home in the heart of Denver offers over 3,300 square feet of bright, luxurious living space with thoughtful touches throughout. With four bedrooms—each featuring a king-size bed—and 4.5 bathrooms, there’s plenty of room for families or large groups to spread out and relax.
The main level flows beautifully with rich hardwood floors, high-end finishes, and a chef’s kitchen outfitted with quartz counters, custom cabinetry, and panel-front appliances. Three living areas (yes, three!) give everyone their own space—whether it’s lounging on the massive basement sectional, enjoying the rooftop deck with a drink in hand, or catching a movie in the main living room.
The primary suite offers a true escape, with a large soaking tub, spacious walk-in glass shower, and a designer walk-in closet. The other bedrooms have en suite or adjacent spa-like bathrooms, and the entire home is filled with natural light and cool architectural details.
