Our family loved our stay at the Elouise. Cabins were clean, outdoor space was great, and being right on the river was amazing.

We really enjoyed our stay by the river. The house was very clean and tidy. There was ice, s'mores fixings and the ac was running for our arrival. We appreciate the little things!

We returned to the Eloise for the second time and can’t wait to go back! Brent is the best host. You can’t beat the views and access to the river.

We enjoyed our stay at the Eloise with an easy check in process, clean cabins that offer a lovely view of and easy access to the river, and a friendly, welcoming host. I’m already looking at planning next year’s fair trip!

Every thing was as advertised. Great spot on the river and relaxing together. Brent was always available to contact and respond. We would recommend this as a great place to get away.

Absolutely gorgeous stay! The host was stocked up on lots of goodies--towels, spices for cooking in the kitchen, extra soap & toothbrushes (etc) if you forgot anything, and sunscreen bug spray for outdoor adventures. There were even tubes to float down the river in if you want! He was also incredibly helpful in recommending good places to eat and stuff to do around town and in the nature around the area. It was very clean AND very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Loved staying here! Really loved the two separate areas and all the deck space. Lots of room for visiting. The river is RIGHT THERE and wonderful. Saw a huge beaver, herons, a river otter, and a Kingfisher. We didn’t get a chance to use the tubes. Beautiful views . The road noise is minimal to none. Thank you!!!

It was really awesome and I liked it-according to my 16 year old son. Peaceful, clean place with plenty of room for myself and 2 children. Also great deck/river view. We would come back again!

I loved this location for its peacefulness. The site is beautiful and we were able to catch glimpses of wildlife.It is also very close to hiking spots that allow you to witness even more of the beauty of the area. Kayaking is definitely worth it.The place itself is very organized, supplied and ready for their guests. What I noticed is that because of this, it was so much easier to get into the groove of my trip than other places I have stayed.The host was great at communicating and helping me figure out the area to achieve the trip I wanted.For people bringing pets: the upper patio is totally enclosed, so pets can easily be out there with you. Also, the driveway in front of the place is long enough for a decent walk.

We had a great stay at this riverside house. The place was very clean, cozy, and had plenty of space to feel comfortable. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy, which made everything stress-free. The staff was very friendly and always available if we needed anything. The surrounding nature is beautiful and really adds to the overall experience. Definitely a place we’d love to come back to.

Absolutely incredible from start to finish! The cabin was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we could possibly need for a perfect week away. Every detail made us feel right at home, and the peaceful setting was exactly what we were looking for. We spent our week at The Eloise celebrating our daughter’s 16th birthday and Brent went above and beyond, even surprising her with a card and cheesecake! The fire pit was laid out nicely and we even had the makings of s’mores waiting for us. We made so many wonderful memories and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

The Eloise is in a stunningly beautiful setting along the Greenbrier River with a fabulous host! Being right on the river offers excellent recreation opportunities including fishing, floating, rafting, and peaceful evenings on the deck. I consider the Greenbrier River the River of my Soul. The water has been running through my veins for 62 years. We’ve been out west for the past 31 years and coming back and staying right on the river at Eloise was a dream come true! The cabin was perfect. Great beds, good AC, nicely stocked kitchen, and a fabulous deck overlooking the river. We couldn’t have asked for a better time in a better place. Thank you, Brent!

Great spot on River. Nice hole in front of house for swimming and fishing. Caught several small mouth bass. Very private, really enjoyed seating on porch and around fire pit listening to river. Seen bald eagle on our last morning. Would for sure go there again. Host was great, communication was great and had no problems during our stay.

Beautiful, relaxing cabin by the river

This is by fair one of the nicest places we've ever stayed. Place is clean and everything is there that you need to just relax and enjoy your time. Beds are comfortable, plenty of space for 5 people to enjoy with room to spare. We will definitely be back! Property manager was also so friendly and helpful. Location so beautiful that pictures do not do it justice.
