Hey there! Welcome to our cozy 3-bedroom Branford home, our little slice of paradise! We’ve poured our hearts into making this place a warm, welcoming retreat for you and your family. With a comfy king bed, a snuggly queen bed, and two fun bunk beds, everyone’s guaranteed a good night’s sleep after a day of adventure. The house has all the comforts we love: cool AC for those warm Florida days, a big kitchen stocked with everything we use to whip up family meals, and a washing machine to keep things easy. The two bathrooms—one with a relaxing bathtub we adore for unwinding—come with a hair dryer and feel like a little treat every time.

Tucked away in Branford’s peaceful woods, this spot feels like our secret hideout, surrounded by the beauty of Ginnie Springs, Gilchrist Blue Springs, and Ichetucknee Conservation Area. We’ve spent countless days splashing in those springs, and they’re perfect for making memories with your crew.

Just a quick 10-minute drive into Branford town, you can grab groceries at the IGA or treat yourself to some local eats. We’re big fans of “Our Place” for their amazing pizzas, “The Gathering” for juicy burgers, “China Town” for quick and tasty takeout, and “Sisters” for a down-home country buffet that always hits the spot. We hope this home feels like yours and sparks joy for your family like it does for ours!

We love this place and plan to return! Beds and furniture are super comfortable. There’s not a proper oven, but we were able to manage with the countertop emerald air fryer.

Everything in the house was perfect for my family and the size we had with us . Love the decorations definitely felt like a home away from home . Would book again .

Kitchen was ok, good fry pans, only one pot,dishes, utensils,coffee cups good. Location feels isolated, curtains only in bedrooms, great nature setting, bird song, rooster crowing, deer in the backyard, beautiful azaleas in bloom, really dark sky, great for star gazing. Beds very comfortable, other furniture fair, overall rustic feel, we enjoyed our stay.

Thank you for your review. We are glad you enjoyed your stay. We had a whole set of pots and pans start with, but overtime, the stuff in the kitchen just got fewer and fewer. We don't check the inventory every time, but thank you for brought the issue to our attention.

Picky on the patio which we are still working on and not advertised for using anyway is bit too much. Sorry we can’t accommodate your picky princess syndrome. When you asked for full refund we agreed and you got your full refund without stay. We have many other people who are happily stayed and gave us comments accordingly. It’s really just not necessary for the evil comment without even stayed and got your full refund KAREN of the year.

Enzo's Retreat perfectly served our needs. It was larger than what we needed but we wanted to be close to Ichetucknee Springs. It had everything, even a insulated cooler bag. We did not use it but thought it was great that it was there. The bed was extremely comfortable in the master bedroom. we didn't use the other two bedrooms at all and the soaking tub in the master bathroom was so relaxing. This is a property in a rural area and there's not a lot of lighting on the roads Etc so it would be best to arrive before dark which was our plan. Unfortunately because of traffic delays, we didn't get there till almost 10:00 p.m. The host was very easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had when needed. There are several pairs of cardinals so every morning and throughout the day when we were there it was nice to see them flying around chirping and just being happy. There was lots of other birds as well. The place is very spacious and. Would be ideal for a large party especially with children. They had a cute little coffee bar as well. We would definitely stay again thank you.

The Good: The communication was it was good giving out the instructions and check in. Good breakfast area, kitchenware, coffee etc. The bad: Looks like it was recently converted and in the process of upgrades, but the place is terrible , the worst ever we stayed till now. Sheets are dirty, lots and lots of roaches, very scary big ones running all over during the night and we couldn't sleep peacefully! this place should be closed, sanitized and proper pest control measures should be done before anybody can stay here.
