Great Stay with family of 5

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely stay in this beautifully redone home in watercolor. The home was extremely clean, well appointed and very well stocked. We had absolutely everything we needed for the week. The home was perfectly located immediate adjacent to the Camp Watercolor and with the addition of the golf cart, we easily accessed all other areas of the property. Beach Habitats was great to work with. Very easy communication via text while we were there and were very responsive to any needs we had. We would absolutely stay here again!

Property location was great. The how was very dirty. Dead cockroach in the master. Bunk beds were covered in dust so children couldn’t sleep in them. No extra trash bags or toilet paper. The game cabinet looked like someone just threw everything in there. Kids couldn’t play any board games bc nothing was organized. No pans for the oven so forget about using it. I mentioned all of this to the host and they pretty much didn’t do anything. They did offer to have housekeeping come again but all of this should be clean if we are paying 4 grand for the weekend. The best part about this place was the location to the kids pool and the golf cart. Other than that I would just go with something else.

Pleasant Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time renting with Beach Habitats 30A. The process is super easy and smooth and they are quick to respond with any questions or answers. We had a small mishap with the all our bedding when we arrived but they were on top of it as soon as we called them and and a crew to the house within 30 minutes. The home was beautiful and the golf cart and the location is the best part of this home!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent location! Beautiful residence! Elegant and cozy at the same time. The house has anything a guest could need (with the exception of flashlights). The neighborhood did lose power for about five hours on our last evening. It would have been nice to have gotten a message about the situation from the rental agency. Instead, we had to reach out to the company and inquire about the loss of power. The response seemed like it came from a messaging bot. “We’re all in this together.” Our request for a 10am checkout (as opposed to 9am) was ignored. Our last evening and “check out” morning did not go as planned, but the home itself and time with family was amazing! We would definitely rent this home again! If you have littles, it is the perfect location! Camp Watercolor (all things for kids) is directly across the street. Thank you to the “K” family for sharing their amazing home!

Hi Sue, Thank you for your review. We're so happy to hear that you loved the home and enjoyed your stay. The power outage you mentioned affected more than 13,000 people in the area, including our office. With the loss of power came the loss of internet service as well. We did our best to contact every guest as quickly as possible by phone, but communication was challenging without electricity to power our systems or keep devices charged. Regarding your late checkout request, it was submitted after business hours, the night before your departure, which left us with little, if any, opportunity to make the necessary arrangements before your scheduled departure time.

Best family vacation house in Watercolor!

This house fit our family of 5 perfectly! First of all, the location could not have been better...literally across the street from Camp Watercolor which also meant that we could park the golf cart at the house and not pay 25 to park. The house has the master and kids room on the lower level right when you walk in which was fantastic. The third bedroom (also a King with private full bath) is on the main level (upstairs) along with the living room and kitchen. All rooms had very nice mattresses (something I am very picky about) and had plenty of storage (closets, drawers, etc.) The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials along with a gas grill on the upstairs patio which made it super easy to access. All in all, this house was PERFECT! I honestly cannot think of one thing I would change...and we have stayed in a lot of houses in Watercolor!
