Welcome to our home in beautiful Old Florida. It was recently remodeled, top-to-bottom, with no expense spared. We offer 3 bedrooms (2 rooms with king-size beds and 1 room with 2 single-beds) and 2 full bathrooms, fast unlimited Wi-Fi, large fenced backyard for dogs, backyard firepit (wood not included), 4 kayaks with paddles and life-vests, rooftop car carrier for the kayaks for the guests without a truck or SUV, 2 adult bicycles with helmets, large washer and dryer, 2 stand-up paddleboards, BBQ grill with propane, picnic table, corn hole game, 3 TVs with Netflix, sleeper sofa, and a brand new kitchen with modern LG appliances and all the cookware you will need to prepare gourmet meals. The house is located in a wonderful neighborhood very close to the Rainbow River, only 0.5 miles from Blue Run of Dunnellon Park and 0.4 miles from Chaplin A. Dinkins III Memorial Park, as well as being walking distance to Swampy's Bar and Grille. This is the perfect location for kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, or tubing the Rainbow River. The entire house is yours to enjoy, and pets are welcome.

Delight in Dunnellon

Perfect place for enjoying Rainbow Springs. The home is lovely and the fenced yard with firepit was the perfect play yard for the pups & kids. The kayaking supplies and bikes were wonderful. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Host provided so many extras- coffee, trash bags, etc. spacious king beds

Everything you need

My wife and I stayed for a month in this VRBO that meet all our wishes and more. The home was exactly as described, extremely clean, well stocked and in a great location close to the Rainbow River. We used the bikes every day and the 4 kayaks were easy to take to the river a few minutes away.We would recommend this home to anyone who wants a quite, safe location in the Dunnellon area close to the river.

Loved the house!

The house suited us absolutely perfectly. It was very well appointed, we had everything we needed. The neighborhood was ultra quiet and so calming. The house was three minutes away from our family reunion rental, which was so very convenient. There wasn’t much lacking in the house, but there were a couple of things that could be looked into. One of those things was the tub in the guest bathroom, it was backing up and draining very very slowly. Probably hair in the drain, that’s what happens at my house. That was the only problem, but a suggestion would be to add a full length mirror somewhere. That was it. The rest was just perfect. You did a great job on the renovation to your house. We would definitely want to stay there again. sometime.

Family wedding

We were in Florida to attend a family wedding. This location was perfect for our needs. We would highly recommend it and would stay there again in the future

Florida vacation

Visited family in the area. House was clean and as described online. Hurricane Milton came through during our stay and we were nervous about what to do, but the site manager dropped by a couple times before it hit and explained to us what to expect, which helped. Overall great experience and would recommend this property.

Great location to springs!

The house was perfect! It was clean, spacious, cozy, well stocked and located right where we wanted to be.. Blue Run, Swampys, Rainbow river, and tubing are in the area, crystal river about 25 mins away. Kayaks and bikes provided too! Would rent again for future springs trip!

Excellent host - excellent stay

This host went over and beyond with his willingness to alter our dates after illness and a family tragedy. Additionally, this house had everything you could think of to make your stay comfortable. I highly recommend this rental.

This home has everything you need and then some! It was very clean and decorated nicely! I was there a whole Month with three dogs and they love it there also! Definitely would stay there again.

Location was great!

The place was clean and all the appliances were new. We loved using the kayaks to explore Rainbow River. The house is within close proximity to resturants and shops. I would definitely stay here again.

Engagement surprise

Visited my nephew for his birthday and engagement surprise. House was very comfy and super clean honestly felt like home😁 We were 8 including my senior mom and mother in law who slept very comfortably in the double twin room. House was equipped with all the necessities.

Nice stay at Rainbow River

Very clean and modern house. This house was one of the nicest vrbos in the neighborhood. Home has everything you need. Beds were comfortable and all the rooms had smart Tvs. The backyard is fully fenced. Quiet street and neighborhood. I recommend staying at this home!

River Run

Relaxing stay close to friends and family. We enjoyed the parks and crystal river close by. Bikes were a plus. Fully stocked home, maybe bring a few beach towels if you plan on a manatee tour, fishing, scallop etc. Great stay!

Fantastic stay! Perfect location. Perfect house. The age range on this list does not include us

So loved the area! Kayak, tub float, fantastic. Take advantage of the kayaks and tubes this house has. Don’t rent! We launched next to Swampys and had the best day. KP hole tube float was too long for us. Got boring if that can happen. Lol. Spend couple hours at the state park. Jump in the water. Float and kayak from blue ridge. Done deal. House and location were excellent!!! Five stars for sure!!

A great place to stay

This was our 3rd time staying here. We have 2 dogs and the back yard is nicely fenced. The kitchen has all new appliances and is well stocked with good pots and pans! It also comes with bicycles, kayaks and paddle boards. The river is very close by. The house is extremely clean and zero issues.

The Perfect home away from home

We loved our trip so much we are returning next year! The property is newly done up, clean, cozy, and in the best place possible. It’s quiet and the wildlife is stunning. The backyard is fully fenced which gave us a piece of mind with our son. We watched so many types of bird species in the garden. The kayak’s and swim noodles were provided and gave us so much entertainment. The house is fully kitted out and carefully thought through. We loved looking at all the wildlife pictures on the walls. We walked to Swampy’s Bar and Grill many times and witnessed baby Crane’s growing up in the neighbourhood every day walking around. Such an amazing spot , so close to everything including shops,highway,river,bar etc. Just perfect!

Beautiful river getaway

Enjoyed our stay at River Run. The house was very clean and comfortable. Everything you needed was provided. Very close to Rainbow River and many parks. Wonderful restaurants to choose from. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back. The owners are to be commended for providing such a perfect vacation home.

Best VRBO ever!

Loved this home. Beautiful, clean and well stocked. Hosts thought of everything to make our stay spectacular. Provided lots of area info, plus kayaks, bikes and paddle boards to thoroughly enjoy Rainbow Springs State Park and river, Crystal Springs and the Chass! So many manatees! Highly recommend if you are vacationing in the area. Several restaurants within walking distance. Dunnellon a friendly little town.
