We had a great stay at this unique VRBO in Cocoa Beach. The themed rooms gave the place a lot of character and made it feel much more memorable than a typical rental. The pool was awesome, definitely one of the highlights of the stay and a great place to relax after a day at the beach or exploring the area.The property was a fun choice for a Cocoa Beach trip, especially if you want somewhere with personality rather than a standard hotel or condo. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to travelers looking for a distinctive, enjoyable place to stay.

We stayed for 2 nights with a small group. There was plenty of areas for gathering and hanging out without being crowded. The pool was great, and we were able to use the grill and several of the kitchens. Walkable distance to the beach and pier was a huge plus! We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Cocoa beach!

We picked this property specifically for the separate suite that was advertised at the time of our booking. When we arrived, we were told that that room was not available. I was very disappointed but the property manager was very accommodating and quick with communication to make it right. The house was clean mostly except for a stray bag of snacks found behind the sofa bed. Some minor repairs need to be done, but everything that we could need was there. I loved that it was pet friendly and all family members had their own spaces. The one bedroom was a little weird because there was no door but my sister in law was very happy to have her own bathroom. Overall, a great experience. The pool was fantastic.

The house itself is quite odd. There is one bedroom with no door and another room that has almost no separation from a kitchen. One unit is also completely separate from the house. The house also had several themes in each room: Star Wars, galaxy, Disney, etc. There also were some off putting signs and decor. There is lots of junk inside and outside that needs to be removed. Many of the chairs were broken. However, the house is a short walk from the beach and had lots of space for our big family. We had a great time but the house definitely has its quirks.

We stayed at Leon Lanes for a week in October. The communication with the host was great from day one, very responsive and easy to work with. The space itself is big, with enough space for 11 adults. The description is hard to tell what unit is what and exactly each room situation is. 4 “units” are part of the main house, you can get to them using the front door or 4 of them have an outside entry as well. When you walk in the front door, there is a large living room with pullout couches and a full kitchen. In the main house there are 2 units that are private rooms, 1 a queen bed and the other is the double bed room, each with an attached bathroom, a shared living room and kitchen area with a washer and dryer. Another unit with queen bed is in an open sleeping area with an attached bathroom and a kitchenette. The other two rooms in the main house each have queen beds with a shared bathroom in the hallway. No outside entry. The final unit is a studio that is not accessible to the main living area and has its own outside entry. It has a small bathroom, small kitchenette, and laundry area. There is not a dishwasher. I took off 1 stars because of the extremely small showers, 4 out of the 5 showers are uncomfortably small. The location is great. Very private. You do need to cross a main road to walk to the beach but it’s not far. As in the description, 5 mins to the beach, 10 to the pier.The pool is nice we loved it, the screen porch was great during the rainy days

We loved the pool. Communicating with the host went really well. We had a couple issues and they responded promptly. Unfortunately, the property had issues with cleanliness. The grounds had garbage and junk lying around. It listed 2 grills and they had not been cleaned in a while. The property listing I booked changed within the past year which resulted in us losing an entire room. We were not notified and found out when it was too late to find another place. The closeness to Cocoa Beach was wonderful!

The property was very nice overall. A little miscommunication but nothing major. Looked as pictured. Could've been a bit cleaner but that's more from travelers cleaning their dishes than the property owners. Biggest thing was the yellow and teal living area. I am assuming the filter needed changed in the AC unit. It had a fish smell that never really went away. The rest if the living areas weren't near as noticeable. We LOVED the outdoor space. We could even see both SpaceX launches from there. Overall we were satisfied.
