Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.

6. You will receive a link to pre-purchase parking passes one week prior to arrival, or you may purchase them at the front desk (limit of 2).

Overall for the price, it was a great deal with an amazing view. Pros: views, very spacious for a one bedroom, amenities in the building were great, it was nice to have the washer dryer in the unit. Cons: the couch bed is so uncomfortable even for our 4 year old, the unit is in desperate need of a spruce (the tub was in bad shape, the tub stopper was broken, shower head was at my chin level and I’m an average height woman, grout on floor is in dire need of a cleaning), the remotes for the tvs were confusing and several of them didn’t work. Also, there are basically no hooks to hang any beach towels or swimsuits and not enough hanging space for bathroom towels if you actually have 4 people in the unit. Overall for the price, it was a good “budget” option while still having an ideal location.

Great condo! Very clean and very comfortable bed. Awesome views of the Gulf of America. Easy access to everything we wanted to do. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was beautifully furnished. The bed was very comfortable. The view was amazing and the patio furniture was absolutely perfect for enjoying the views.

Spring Break Getaway

We really enjoyed staying at this property! It was so easy to access and was plenty of space for us. The balcony was wonderful overlooking the beach and the condo was clean. The location of the property was great also. We definitely would like to come back!

A Week Away From Wisconsin

Clean, quiet, nice pool, quick access to great beaches. Not easy to walk to restaurants/shops, etc., but nearby everything by car.

Amazing condo

We visit orange beach often. This was our first time with this unit and it was by far our favorite. Very clean, accommodating and great location.

Weekend getaway

We took a 4 day weekend and enjoyed every bit of it, even though it rain we still got a lot of beach time in, love the location of the condo and was perfect. The bed was comfortable, kitchen was stocked, the balcony was perfect for sitting and drinking your morning coffee and enjoying your breakfast while listening to the sound of the ocean

If you want a beautiful view, this is the place. Check in was easy, the condo was clean and the bed and furniture were comfortable. Would definitely go back. Wonderful beach getaway.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Phoenix VI

We always enjoy staying at Phoenix properties. This particular unit wasn't quite as nice as all our previous stays. It was comfortable, quiet, and clean. The only thing we weren't thrilled with was it needs updating. Everything worked but it looked very tired.
