The house was very comfortable for our group of 16. The young men traveling with us for our sons USMC Graduation appreciated how close the local bars and restaurants were. We would definitely stay here again.

Very spacious house that accommodated our large family perfectly. It was close to the beaches, restaurants and stores. The new pool was a nice added touch. We plan to come back.

House served as a sleeping spot for our large family. The beds were okay, very noisy with the waterproof mattress pads and unsteady bed frames. The upstairs bed rolled to the middle causing loss of sleep. More places to sit and relax would have been good. The pool is lovely with places to sit and relax!Kitchen was not as stocked as other places but the pots and pans were large for cooking big meals.Communication with host was great. They responded quickly.

We're especially happy to hear the pool was a highlight and that our communication met your expectations. Regarding the beds, we've inspected them and found them to be in good working order. Mattress comfort can be quite subjective and varies from guest to guest, and many of our guests find the beds comfortable. That said, we appreciate you flagging the noise, and we'll take a look at the mattress pads and frames to make sure everything is as sturdy and quiet as it should be. We'll also review the kitchen stocking so it's better equipped for guests cooking larger meals. Thank you again for staying with us, and we'd love to host your family again.

We were so grateful to the host for accommodating us with a grill and having the brand new pool open for us!! The pool is amazing! The house was very clean. The beds upstairs need to be replaced- very uncomfortable. The king bed upstairs seems to be broken in the middle as we rolled into the middle of it. The kitchen needs to be better stocked . We made do and it was wonderful anyway. Close to golly field beach but there are only 50 parking spaces so you have to get up there very early to grab one and coligny park is very crowded now too so be prepared. They actually close their parking lots for a time due to no spaces. Go to Sea Pines reserves park and see some gators. You can drive through it if you do not want to walk it!

2 fridges and 2 tables made food prep a breeze. The pool is gorgeous. The bedding, towels and furniture were 5 star. Plenty of glassware, coffee cups, knives, and spoons. Quiet neighborhood close to the beach. Would stay here again!
