Welcome to our family Beach House... our treasure on the Beach! We invite you to experience our premier ocean front home (with separate Guest House) which is available for your vacation retreat.

Located in the quaint beach town of Cayucos on California's central Coast, this beautiful private home reflects warmth, charm, and leisure. The separate guest house makes this the ideal vacation home for bringing your extended family. Private stairs take you right onto the beach.

The Main House has two bedrooms (king bed in master bedroom, two double beds and two twin bunk beds in the second bedroom) two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with Viking Commercial range/oven, washer and dryer, BBQ, cozy living room with fireplace, hardwood floors, knotty pine paneling and beams, and a front deck overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

The Guest House has one master bedroom (king bed), one queen sofa sleeper in front of the fireplace in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, patio and BBQ.

Both houses are fully stocked with luxury linens, bath and beach towels, games, books, and sand toys.

Great location. Easy walk to town. Kids loved the bunk beds. Lots of coffee mugs! We brought our own coffee maker. They did have a keurig with pods. RO water filter systemin both kitchens. Lots of beach chairs. Loved it.

Great property, terrific vacation all around!

Loved the property, it worked great for our family reunion at Thanksgiving, we forgot to sign the guestbook, sorry! But we loved our stay, every second, even the stormy days were enjoyable!

The beach and ocean views were incredible and the area was calm and not crowded. The house and guest house provided plenty of space for us. Communication with the host was great.

Deck and ocean view were awesome. Very comfortable inside except that bed in main bedroom was so high it was hard to get in and out of for us older folks.

Perfect Christmas Vacation

You can’t beat the beachfront location of this cozy cabin-like home. Perfect for our family gathering. Beautifully clean and a well-equipped kitchen for cooking the family meals. Morning coffees on the deck watching the waves created perfect Zen moments!

With four adults and four teens, this was the perfect property! True to it's promise, it's right on the beach...And that deck is so awesome to sit out on morning and evening! We loved this well equipped home and will be back!

Perfect girls’ weekend!

Had the most amazing time at this gorgeous rental right on the beach! Walked for miles on the beach, enjoyed the sunset every evening, and either made dinner in the lovely kitchen or walked the short distance to nearby restaurants for dinner. My friends and I had a wonderful time!

Lovely home!

This home was great for our family get together. The kitchen is stocked with basic spices, oils, etc.. It is walking distance to some restaurants. We enjoyed playing frisbee on the beach. The fireplace added a cozy feeling, and we were plenty warm without touching the thermostat.

Beach stay

We were disappointed that the internet and the fireplace were not working when we arrived. It was corrected the next day. The house is very nice and right on the beach.

Perfect

This was a gathering to celebrate my husband's 80th birthday with family. The house was really beyond my expectations - it just felt right for the occasion and met the needs of a variety of ages. The view, the closeness of the beach, the comfort of the beds, the coziness of the living areas and even the meteor shower sightings from the deck made for a perfect family reunion. I hope we can come again.

Nice house and great location

Family of 10 stayed for a week and all enjoyed the house amenities and location. On beach and within 10 minute walk to town. House was as described and in photos and everything in good shape and well supplied. With the main house and adjacent guest house there was plenty of room for all. Area between housed was gated and great for small children’s play area. This is the fourth house we have used in Cayucos and we would definitely use again.

Beautiful home on the beach

This house was amazing! It was myself, my husband and our daughter. There was plenty of room for us plus a second home if you have a larger family. The house was clean and well stocked and it was right on the beach with your own beach access. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and safe. It is the perfect place for a family, To come and relax and enjoy the ocean you won’t be disappointed! Our host was available to answer any questions and was very nice! I would absolutely recommend this beautiful home! You won’t be disappointed!

Family Vacation

This is a second Family Vacation gifted by my Mom. She cried when she walked in. My Mom who is 89 had a chance to enjoy the family festivities from the deck - which was a blessing! The house had plenty of room and the private stairway to the beach was the highlight for the whole family!! Thanks for being a part of our Family Vacation.

Negranti Beach House

The accommodations at the beach house were clean, comfortable, and family-oriented. We couldn't have found anything better suited to our needs - building sandcastles on the beach, sipping morning coffee on the deck, playing games around the dining table, walking to nearby downtown, enjoying the quietness of the neighborhood - everything was really enoyable. Megan was super easy to work with and responsive to our questions/concerns. This is a gem of a house. Thank you, Negranti family, for sharing it with others!
