Everything was on point! A clean and nice spot to getaway, only thing is they might wanna get a few of those doors fixed. Other than that I recommend!

It was a great location for our event. Parking was a little tricky but we were able to usually find some. I would have preferred some curtains on the windows as the parking lot in the back had some pretty bright lights. I would definitely stay here again!

If I had read the instructions before arriving, it would have been much easier for me to find my apartment. Be sure you read the details before you arrive. The host is lightning fast to respond to your questions, and helped me find here I needed to be. The apartment was perfect for my husband and I and our son and his friend to spend the night before we took them to the Mecum Auction at NRG Center. Comfy beds!

The host was nice and very responsive. The unit was good but the complex was not clean, had old cat poo in the hall for days, trash all over on the ground outside, smelt weed inside and outside the complex daily parking was very limited to open parking spots.

The apartment was clean and exactly as pictured. The apartment complex was quiet and felt secure. The pool was nice to cool off in after a long day walking around Houston.

Location was good, place was clean. Access was difficult due to a broken exterior door knob to exterior stairwell. No body soap, shampoo, or coffee pods available. Otherwise we had a pleasant stay.

This was an affordable option with two separate sleeping spaces and two bathrooms, which was exactly what we needed. The A/C worked great and the towels were nice.That being said, the unit was not particularly clean (floors were sticky, counters were questionable, windows were dusty and gross to touch when opening and closing, and there was hair from someone else’s shave in the shower). No hair dryer or facial tissue or shampoo/soap for the shower. Kitchen amenities were sparse. Furniture was rickety. On day 4 of 5, the key-code door lock on the door to the stair well was ripped off the door and left on the ground leaving no access to the building. We were able to reattach the handle temporarily for entry, but upon our return on day 5 that no longer worked. Fortunately another resident who also needed in climbed to the second story where he was able to access the stairs and let us in.Thankfully I went back to read reviews in detail just before we left for our trip so I had a decent idea of what we were walking into and it worked for what we needed this time.

It was me and 2 other guests that stayed here and it was very accommodating. Sequoia was a great host and got back to my messages in a timely manner. It was in an area where everything/everywhere we needed to go was 15-20 minutes away. I would stay here again!

The host was very helpful with answering questions before my stay .. When I arrived the place was clean and very convenient to NRG stadium which we attended a World cup game .. We actually walked and it was great not to deal with parking and traffic . The air conditioning worked very well and place was cool waking in . It had everything we needed for our stay and I would definitely stay again next time I’m in Houston .

Let's start by saying the layout of the apartment is nice. It has a bedroom and bathroom on each side with the common area in the middle. I didn't feel listing was accurate. I specifically told the host I would be taking my elderly Mother for appointments and at no time did she let me know there were a flight is stairs that you would need to climb to get to the room. It was only started after the instructions for check in were sent and I could no longer cancel. It also states on the listing that parking is included. Once you get the check in instructions, it states you have to park outside the garage in the visitor parking. Visitor parking is EXTREMELY LIMITED and is on the side of the parking lot (if your lucky) or on the street. This makes it nearly impossible for a disabled person. And there was no elevator, as you would need access from the garage to use it!! NICE GGGRRRR!!!!As far as it being clean, well that's all a matter of perspective I suppose. The kitchen was stove had not been wiped off at all, the top of the oven door was greasy and full of food. The dishwasher didn't look like it worked and was also filthy. There were no paper towels or hand towels which we just went and purchased so I could do a proper cleaning. The furniture was all broke down. The kitchen chairs were unsafe to sit in. The couch had a cover that didn't fit properly and I'm sure was covering up the dilapatated state it was truly in. Much like the whole building
