Perfect Southampton Stay

Terri's home is perfect for a stay in Southampton - near the village and beaches with plenty of space for a group. We would absolutely recommend this property.

Perfect Vacation Spot

Everything was beautiful, everything was simple, everything was everything we wanted for our summer stay. The pool, the comfy beds, the great kitchen and outdoor grill - all in a perfect spot in Southampton. We can't wait to return.

A wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved Terri’s house! It was clean, the perfect location and everything we hoped for. Even with cold weather we were able to enjoy the BBQ and fire pit and the kids loved it.

Long weekend stay in Southampton

Beautiful house and pool in a great location. We enjoyed going into Southampton Village for restaurants and stores, visiting Cooper's Beach and also just spending time at the house, especially outside.

Southampton retreat

My family and I had a lovely time. The house is beautiful with comfortable rooms for all 4 of us. We were close to the beaches and restaurants. We would highly recommend this property.

Amazing stay!

We had a wonderful spring break stay at this home. The owner is very responsive and accommodating. The house is beautiful, clean and well equipped. The location was perfect and proximity to cooper's beach was also a plus. I would definitely recommend this home.

Perfect house! Perfect location!

This house has everything we could have wanted/needed. It was clean, comfortable, spacious and located between the village and the beach. We were easily able to go downtown and eat/shop, as well as take beach walks. We definitely hope to return!

Excellent time in the Hamptons

House is beautiful and provided space for family to relax during wedding weekend downtime. Communication with Terri was great and she even took the time to help with grocery and restaurant recommendations. I highly recommend the house and area.

Perfect Vacation House!!!

We had an amazing week at Terri’s house. The pictures are an absolutely accurate representation of the house. It is spotless and very organized, and you couldn’t ask for a better location - just about 4 minutes to town and 6 minutes to the beach. But most important to our family - the street is nice and quiet! Terri is an amazing host, we can’t wait to rent again next summer!

Great House in Convenient Location

The house was spacious and maintained immaculately. Great kitchen to hang and cook. Pool was right off family room with a separate outdoor bbq area with large table for family dinners. We had a relaxing and fun vacation. Terri, the host, was responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous home

No expenses spared in this perfect Southampton home. Meticulously decorated, lovely for families or groups. Excellent safety measures for small children too. Short walk to town and minutes to beach! Terri was a pleasure to deal with. Will be back next summer!

Wonderful house

We had a wonderful stay at Terri’s house. Her house was perfect for our family of 5 adults. We loved the layout and the house was extremely clean, well decorated and beautifully landscaped. The location is ideal- walking distance to the town and morning walks to the beach. Terri was very easy to communicate with. We highly recommend her house and hope to visit again.

Truly an Oasis

A very lovely home and property, with every amenity you can imagine. The house is beautifully and comfortably furnished with an excellent layout, a large well-appointed kitchen and a huge courtyard patio. The grounds are lush and private, and the pool is perfection, with lots of cushioned lounge chairs along side. And the owner, Terri, is terrific - extremely helpful, personable and responsive. We look forward to going back!

Perfect Hamptons home

We recently visited Southampton with our family of 6 for a wedding. This property was perfect for our needs. It is beautifully decorated and pristine. The interior is spacious with 2 living areas as well as a large outside living area. Terri was available for any questions at all times. The house provided everything we needed and more! Wish we could visit again soon!

Beautiful home in Southampton

We rented this house to spend some family time together and could not have been happier! This home is immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and has everything you could want for comfort and enjoyment. In addition to the interior of the home being so lovely, the yard and location were also perfect. The pool, sitting areas and play areas in the yard are private and surrounded by beautiful plantings. The location was so convenient to town and to the beach. All in all, we would highly recommend this property and if back in the area would definitely want to visit again!

Family gathering

Half of our family grew up in the neighborhood. The others from across the states. The home was a perfect venue for our adult family to gather and catch up. Centrally located, walking distance to Cooper's Beach. Lots of comfortable places to gather and spend quality time together. TY for doing such a great job decorating and furnishing this gem of a property.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Southampton! Our family of four found it to be the perfect spot for a relaxing and fun vacation. The house is incredibly well appointed—every detail has been thoughtfully considered. It was spotless when we arrived, and had every amenity we could possibly need, from a fully equipped kitchen to comfortable bedrooms and high-quality linens.The location is fantastic—just a short drive to both town and the beach, which made it easy to explore and enjoy everything Southampton has to offer. The kids absolutely loved the pool and spent hours swimming and playing while we relaxed poolside.The owners were wonderful—very helpful and responsive whenever we had a question, which made the entire experience seamless and stress-free.We can’t wait to go back!

Lovely vacation home

Beautiful home, everything practically brand new, a lovely escape home from the city. Short drive to everything you need - town, the beach, and a stunning neighborhood. The place was immaculately clean (and I'm insanely clean myself and hard to please when it comes to cleanliness). Owner was delightful and so responsive with any questions we had, so accommodating and thoughtful about our baby girl with toys / highchair / pack and play, and very clear on house instructions and information. We'd easily come back.

Overall excellent rental. The house was clean, well equipped, updated and had a beach vibe. Open floor plan with 4 bedrooms in one wing (one bedroom in basement) and 4 full bathrooms and a half bath. This house has no steps inside, which was great because grandparents were with us. We loved the saltwater pool and outdoor entertaining area. Just a few minutes drive or bike to beach and Southampton town. Owner was receptive and not intrusive. I highly recommend this rental!

Slice of Heaven in the Hamptons

This was my first time in the Hamptons and I fell in love with the house just as much as I did with this adorable coastal town. I highly recommend early June as a great time to visit. It’s not too crowded or hot. The home had every feature for our stay and plenty of room. The backyard is out of a magazine and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our half hour walks into the village and loved winding down with a movie in the super comfortable sofas and chairs. Terri was such a great hostess and checked in on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. Thank you for sharing your lovely home Terri!

Photos don’t do this home justice!

This home is gorgeous, and the photos definitely don’t do it justice. We were very pleasantly surprised when we opened the door to find a wonderfully appointed home that was also fairly kid friendly. We felt like we were staying in a home from a furniture magazine! There was a great swing set for the little ones that we were able to contain them away from the pool sonce there is nothing blocking off the pool area. However since the house is a U-shape, the interior patio for grilling and dining was able to be locked off from the pool and rest of the outdoor space, and accessible from various rooms and hallways. The general location is great- close enough to the village shops (but just out of walking distance for us), and close to the beach. The owner was very helpful, clear with instructions, and very responsive We can’t wait to stay again! Thank you for opening up your impeccable home to our family!
