We recently stayed here for a week while my son competed at All Star Village and it was perfect. 20 minutes from the village and very quiet and cozy. The Diner down the road is delicious for breakfast. The only thing missing from this property was a full length mirror. I had to move a chair into the bathroom to check out my outfit.

Great Stay

Had a great stay here while my son was playing at ASV. House was exactly as described and so clean. I really can’t stress how clean this place was. Overall a great stay and I would highly recommend renting from them!

Wonderful property to stay at for Cooperstown All Star Village. Perfectly located (about a 15-20 minute drive from the fields) and close to shops and restaurants. The property was amazing - everything was beautifully updated and there was plenty of room. Really enjoyed our stay and will stay there again when my younger son does the Cooperstown tournament.

I couldn't recommend this property more highly! We were thoroughly impressed with this charming home and its beautiful, well-maintained property. The owners were fantastic to work with—incredibly friendly, helpful, and prompt with all communication. The house was perfectly clean, beautifully appointed with updated fixtures, and exactly as described. We were in town for our 12-year-old grandson's baseball tournament in Cooperstown. While we were out at the fields most of the day, coming back to such a comfortable, restful setting each night was wonderful. The easy 20-minute drive to the baseball fields made going back and forth seamless.Because we arrived after a week and a half of traveling through Boston and NYC, having access to the in-house washer and dryer to catch up on laundry was a massive win. The location is excellent—very close to the Hall of Fame, downtown Cooperstown, and several local breweries. As a bonus for future guests staying in Oneonta, do not miss Dazzo's Kitchen! We loved it so much we ate there three nights in a row. The owner/chef is incredible, and the fresh, farm-to-table dishes are absolutely amazing. We would choose to stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Great Stay

Upon arriving was greeted and given a tour of the home. Very clean and private. Big city living in a secluded grand area. Property was near stores, restaurants and about 20 minutes from Cooperstown All Star Cillage. Lovely!

Spotless & Lovely

The views are wonderful. The house is spotless and comfortable. The house is on a beautiful piece of property that has two other homes on it. The property caretaker appears to live in one of the homes and is a pleasant person who seems to keep an eye on the property. If staying for a Cooperstown tournament, it's about 30 minutes from All Star Village, so be prepared for a bit of driving if games aren't back-to-back. The home is about the same distance from Dreams Park. Despite the drive, though, it's a great place to come back to and relax after a full day of baseball in the heat!

Great place, super clean, don’t hesitate, great for Cooperstown.

Was really nice, we slept 5, 4 adults in beds and one kid on the couch. Was roughly 45 min to Cooperstown so is a little drive, but all country, and we actually enjoyed it and having the town nearby was great. Internet was good, netflix was nice, country setting was amazing. Super clean. Only suggestion I have is to get a small indoor antenna so guest could watch the news or local channels at night on TV since TV only has Netflix. Kitchen laundry and bathrooms were great. Aaron would respond promptly on all request. For sure a great option for dreams park visitors.

Cozy and full equipped

Nice and fully equipped property located in a open nature view. Interior and exterior well maintained house. We stayed for Cooperstown baseball tourney. If you don’t mind driving 30mins to Cooperstown Dreams Park it worth the money staying in this house.
