This house was wonderful. It’s super cute, clean and a great size for my family. Myles was great to communicate with. The river view was amazing. Just sad it rained so much and we couldn’t enjoy sitting outside. We stayed here for my son to play at All Star Village. It was a 17 minute drive. The house is on the road and it is a little loud, but not a problem for us. Great stay, I would come back again.

House is great. Nice inside and right on the river. Kayak shop will deliver right to the house in minutes. The deck on the water could use some TLC and you can’t really swim in the river. But you can kayak up to the lake in about 40 minutes. Good fishing. And nice central location for Cooperstown and baseball parks. We enjoyed our week here.

WritingWe had a wonderful stay at this property. The location right on the river made for such a peaceful and relaxing getaway. We especially loved spending time on the beautiful deck and in the yard by the fire pit, enjoying the tranquil outdoor setting.The home itself was very clean, comfortable, and well cared for. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating throughout our stay, which made the experience even better.We would definitely recommend staying here and would happily return again in the future.

We stayed here for two weeks while my son played at Dreams Park and then All Star Village, and the location was perfect for both. The house was very clean, and my boys especially enjoyed being able to fish in the river.There are two things worth knowing before booking. First, the house is located on a very busy road. We did get used to the sound of the traffic after a couple of days, but it was much busier and louder than we expected, so I think it’s important for future guests to be aware of that.Second, there is no air conditioning on the second floor, where there are two bedrooms (one with twin beds and one with a full bed) and a full bathroom. During our stay, it was simply too hot for anyone to comfortably sleep upstairs, so my son ended up sleeping on the couch downstairs for the two weeks. This significantly limited the usable sleeping space in the house and is something I would definitely keep in mind if visiting during the summer.Overall, the home was clean, well located for our Cooperstown baseball trips, and we really enjoyed the river and property. With air conditioning upstairs, it would have made our stay much more comfortable.

Our stay in NY

The house was great and in a beautiful location! There was plenty of room in the house for all of our families! Our boys loved fishing on the dock and we even rented a canoe from the shop down the street for the day!

A great property with a very welcoming feel. Very spacious for 10 people! 4 adults, 5 kids, and a baby! Clean with everything you would need for a getaway. Owner was great to work with and we greatly appreciate them sharing their property with us!

Great stay for baseball tournament

The place was 10 minutes from the ball park and about 15 minutes from town. It was great! Close to everything but away from all the chaos. The owner was great! Responsive to questions and very hospitable! I highly recommend!!

Stayed while son was playing at All-Star Village, about 15 minute drive. Close to Cooperstowns and Dreams also. Cabin was clean, can't beat being on the water! Even caught a fish from the back dock. Good communication from owner.

Great find!

This house was perfect for our week in Cooperstown! It was very clean and comfortable! Lots of sleeping spaces and very comfortable beds after long days! It was about 10 minutes from Dreams Park and close to lots of food and shopping! Myles was quick to respond and very kind. Definitely highly recommend this peaceful property!

Beautiful home with an even better location! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Cooperstown area. Hope to revisit and book again in the future.

Great location for touring breweries and very close to Cooperstown

House nice and very clean but it is literally on Route 28, very close to street. Sitting out back on deck and listening to river was still peaceful. Great location for breweries and we were impressed with Oneonta
