Always enjoy our stay at Colony Reef Club

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been staying at CRC for several years now. We love the location, the view, and the staff in the office is the best! They go above and beyond to make your stay stress free and perfect. We've stayed in different condos each time and have our favorites, but ultimately, any condo at CRC is a great choice.

A wonderful vacation !

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was my first time staying at colony reef. My sister and I and my husband and two daughters. We had a blast. Everything was wonderful. Could not have asked for a prettier view of the ocean and the pool. The condo was beautiful and very clean. Love having two king-size beds and TVs and every room the bunkbeds were super nice. We called about the refrigerator, not making ice was fixed very promptly and we had ice. Thank you.

Very disappointed. I’ve booked lots of trips through this app and have never been this disappointed. Condo is really run down. An exterior flood light inside, no storage for clothes, bunk room (which I thought was going to be perfect) was a nightmare. Vents falling off the walls, lights that didn’t work, mattresses were awful. Just overall not happy with this unit. We had 5 (3 adults, 2 kids).

Hi Amber, I am sorry your stay was not satisfactory as our staff at Colony Reef always strives to give the best possible guest service experience. The owner is in the process of purchasing some additional storage for the condo so I apologize this was an issue during your stay. I noticed no work orders were reported to us regarding needing bulbs for the lights and a vent falling off the wall, so I went ahead and put one in so our maintenance man can take care of those items so it's not an issue for the next guest. Thanks, Natalie D.
