The house was beautiful from the outside and the inside. The views were spectacular! Roane was a great communicator from start to finish. Connor greeted us at the front door when we arrived and was the best host by far, that I and my family have experienced while renting vacation homes for the last 15 years.

This is a breathtaking rental.We had 13 people and we loved it.Connor was our contact and he was always very responsive.Pool is beautiful. Bedrooms roomy and luxurious.Views are remarkable.

The property was beautiful, clean and comfortable. It is away from the city and quiet. My family loved the pool and games that were available at the villa. The furniture was also very comfortable. My husband enjoyed watching sports on TV.

We had an absolutely fabulous time. The house was amazing and it was very easy dealing with the property management. The only thing is the pool water was a little cold so wished they had a heated pool or a hot tub. Would definitely stay again

The house and location are outstanding! The views are spectacular and the location is very quiet. Connor the manager does a tremendous job communicating with you and making sure everything is taken care of with the property. I would highly recommend staying at this property!

Beautiful home with a more beautiful view. The house was equipped with everything you could need and Connor checked on us couple times to make sure everything was great. Our group had anazing time.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Our host Connor was great! He was there to meet us at the house upon our arrival and give us a tour and answer any questions we had. The house was amazing! It is spacious and clean. The kids loved the pool and waterfall feature. The location of the house felt safe and had beautiful views. Highly recommend this house!

We stayed at this property for 7 days in August 2026. We were 15 adults and three children under the age of 2. This villa worked perfectly for our large group. There was tons of space for everyone, and the bedrooms are laid out in a way that everyone had their own space when they needed to be away from the group. The bedroom closets were even large enough to accommodate cribs for the little ones! The pool was the perfect size, and we spent a lot of time congregating around it. The location of the villa is somewhat secluded and very quiet, but still just a quick drive to Red Hook if we needed anything. The villa itself was very clean and relatively new. It was also well furnished if not overly decorated. We rented two cars and used the villa as our base of operations for numerous day trips in and around St. Thomas. We recommend you visit Secret Harbor Beach. Only about a mile from the villa and somewhat of a hidden gem. Finally, we can't say enough good things about the villa manager, Connor, and his assistant, Jen. Communications with them were nearly instantaneous no matter when I texted them. We would happily stay here again!

WOW!

Stayed here with friends in July of 2025. Felt like it was a bit risky since there weren’t a lot of reviews yet, but this place exceeded my expectations in every way possible. Amazing views, perfect pool, and immaculately cleaned. It’s a little off the beaten path but very easy to get to. Only ten minutes to red hook for dining options and ten minutes to beautiful sapphire beach. Amazing stay and we’ll be back!

This place is phenomenal and the pictures posted does not do it any justice!! My family and I was displaced in St. Thomas with another VRBO rental. However, VRBO stepped in and we booked this place. Immediately after the booking Connor, who was our host reached out to us and worked hard to get us checked in early the next day. But he didn’t stop there, he also got with Rock City Rentals to get us three jeeps sent to house upon our arrival. Rock City did us a solid and brought the jeeps to the hotel we were at. Back to the house. When we pulled up the house was breathtaking and the views were heavenly. Connor made sure to be there to give us a tour of the home and make sure we had everything we needed. Two nights in we tried turning on the fire pits but couldn’t figure out how. We called Connor around 10pm asking him to walk us through getting lit. Three minutes later Connor was at the house to switch out the tanks and lit both pits. We also had extra guest and needed to move others around to make room. We were going to wash the sheets, instead Connor brought us new ones. We’ve rented a lot of place but I have never met a host has attentive, kind and extremely helpful has Connor. He helped turn a disaster of a vacation into a fantastic memory that none of us will ever forget!!!! Thank you so much Connor!

From the moment we arrived, it was clear this St. Thomas home was something special. We traveled with three families, fifteen people total, with kids ranging from eleven to eighteen, and the house could not have been better suited for a group our size.The layout is exceptional. There are multiple kitchen spaces that made cooking, gathering easy without crowding, and the bathrooms are spacious and plentiful, which mattered a lot with a house full of teenagers. There is plenty of room to be together for meals, games, and sunsets, while also having enough separation that no one ever felt on top of each other. Whether it was kids playing cards on one level, adults cooking and talking in the kitchen, or quiet moments on the terraces, the home effortlessly supported every version of togetherness and relaxation.The location is ideal. Close to Red Hook, beaches, and restaurants, everything felt convenient without sacrificing privacy or tranquility. And the views are simply unmatched. The sunset views from this home are, without exaggeration, the best we saw on the island. Every evening became an event, with everyone naturally gravitating outside as the sky changed colors over the water.Communication was easy, clear, and thoughtful from start to finish with Connor, who helps you with your stay. They were tremendously helpful before and during our stay, offering guidance, answering questions quickly and helping with anything and making us feel genuinely cared for. We will be back!

The pictures of this house do not even begin to do it justice. We brought 19 women from all over the US and had a great girls trip. 2 of the days we just stayed and enjoyed all the house had to offer. The pool, the waterfall, the huge hangout spots. Connor was never more than a text away, organizing our pizza delivery, where to get the best wines when we ran out and just checking on us at through out our stay. He started taking care of us way before our stay and I cannot say enough about how great he was! We will be back!
