I had a fantastic stay! The property was great, comfortable, and had everything I needed to enjoy my trip. Bobby was an outstanding host—friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. He made everything smooth and stress-free from check-in to check-out. You can tell he genuinely cares about making sure his guests have a great experience. I would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone and would gladly book again. Thanks, Bobby, for a wonderful stay!

It was clean, quiet, close to a river that gives amazing sunset views, and close to so much Charleston history. We would totally stay here again.

Very comfortable apartment nestled in a beautiful neighborhood setting. Very easy check in and check out process. Liked being right outside the hustle and bustle of Charleston.

Location was wonderful, very quiet neighborhood. Loft was clean and bed was comfortable. Iwould suggest a luggage holder. Also the furniture was not that comfortable but we werent there enough for that to bother us. Overall we would stay there again. Plus the gift was very nice from the host.

Perfect spot

We loved our stay here! Central location and owner had amazing tips in the welcome book! The park is a must walk to see the sunset! This place is great for a couple wanting to visit Charleston!

Bobby's loft was perfect for our quick trip. Cozy space with everything we needed for two nights. Very quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. We were in town for a concert at The Pourhouse and it was an easy and pleasant 20 minute walk. Same distance to Terrace Plaza, which has plenty of food and beverage options. Check-in was easy and the loft was spotless. We'd love to stay here the next time we're in town for a show!

Perfect weekend getaway

Beautiful property and neighborhood, gracious host and nice central location for easy trips to historic Charleston and Folly Beach. Very nice and clean with everything you need. My wife and I had a great trip. We will definitely return! Thanks Bobby!

Perfect location for an empty nester weekend. Lovely quiet neighborhood with pretty views close by. Had everything we needed. Listing is just as described.

Great host. Great location. Great for a couple to get away. Loved the Gated driveway. Love the neighborhood. Close to everything. Comfy bed. Will totally stay again. Oh...and thanks for the cookbook!
