Great place to stay on Siesta. The check in process was incredibly easy and the host responded quickly for all communication. The beds and layout are very comfortable and perfect for a family. The condo was very updated and well equipped, we cooked most of our meals at the condo. The property is very fun, right on the water (canal side) and there is a walkout to the dock where there is a lot of wildlife and a nice pool. There is beach access that is walkable, but there are also a lot of good public spots to park at the beach within minutes if you prefer to drive.The couple of previous negative reviews appear to be a thing of the past because we really enjoyed our stay and don’t have a negative thing to say about this property.

The condo is in a wonderful location, pool is minutes away and the beach is about a 6 minute walk. The view is amazing and beautiful as soon as you walk out the back door! The property was clean, spacious, and very comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back some day. I recommended this property to friends and family and anyone looking to book it.Kitchen was stocked with lots of dishes and everything you need to make dinner at home. Robert is an awesome host! I had a question about something and he replied right away and took care of the issue. Really really happy with our stay!!

Bit of Paradise

Perfect location, the unit has everything you need.For the beach 4 chairs a cooler and wagon . Fishing right out your door,Sunrise view also. Loved it.

Location was a described. The condo was nice, it needs a new living room rug, appears dirty. Overall though it was pleasant. Only downside was i wish they would have disclosed they were doing all new roofing on the units where we were staying. Very noisy and nails everywhere. I got a flat tire from one...

Not told about a roofing project that started at 8am 6 days a week. Also the house is moderately clean at best has dust hanging from the ceiling in the master bedroom. The rules of the house say never to set the AC below 72 and the thermostat doesn’t keep the house at the set temp many times the house set to 72 would be over 75 had to adjust the thermostat to get the AC to kick back on.

We always appreciate an honest review, and we do thank you for submitting one. This property was offered at a discounted rate because it is new to our portfolio. We were as disappointed as you to hear about the roofing project, which was not disclosed to us prior to its start. This type of project must be completed prior to storm season, but still was bothersome, we understand. Regarding cleanliness- the unit has a dryer in it which could cause some dust, but it is professionally cleaned prior to each guest check-in. It is clean and comfortable. The ac is on a maintenance plan, has has been recently adjusted. We do think the roofing project cast a dark shadow over your stay, but it's something over which we had no control. The good news is that it it completed now and we are ready for Season!
