The house was perfect for a weekend stay reunion. House was clean and efficient and the ladies enjoyed wine on the deck in the evening with the breeze and fire table.

The property was nice, the location great. The only thing about this house that we were disappointed with was the tall grass and the dirty AC vents and light fixtures.

Easter 2022

Property is very clean, well maintenance. Very comfortable. Has all the basics. Lots of pits, pans and dishes. Although there are very close neighbors with dogs, we were able to relax, fish and watch some Netflix. Very quiet neighborhood, very peaceful.

Enough space for a large family

We had family arrive from 4 different states to spend time together. It was beautiful to have enough space and bathrooms for us to enjoy or time together and not be on top of each other. Our only complaint not a lot of towels and clothes but we had our own. Everything else was great! We plan to return again

Smelly Living Area

Was not pleased with the stay. The smell of backed up sewage was in the living room. Nice pier. They have cameras everywhere. Even in the common gathering areas that have nothing to do with security. Felt weird to be watched the whole time. Will not book this property again.

The house that has everything!

We rented this house for a weekend as a family. We love to fish and and just relax while looking at the water and this house have everything you need to enjoy your weekend getaway. All 4 bedroom has it's own bathroom which is a plus! Grill was ready to use, fishing was great as well and we caught big reds, black drum, and sheepshead. House has everything from utensils to pans from seasonings to coffee k-cups. Would definitely recommend this house! A bonus is the room downstairs, specially if you have elderly who can't climb the stairs. Thank you Tran, our guest contact for making the home ready!
