LOCATION:
• 2.5 Blocks to Main St
• 2.5 blocks to the Snowflake Lift
• 5 minute walk to the Quicksilver Lift
• Adjacent to the Upper Village Pool, easily walkable and features 2 outdoor hot tubs, 1 indoor hot tub and a heated outdoor pool and an interior entry/exit option.
• Nearest bus stop is across from Sundowner entrance on 4 O'Clock Road. This bus will go to the Snowflake Lift and on to Beaver Run (peak 9).
• This condo is on 2nd floor and requires 1.5 flights of stairs to reach the front door. There is not an elevator in the building.
• Ample summer trails within a short walk from this property, including the Sawmill Reservoir Trail which starts at the Snowflake Lift and follows a beautiful stream up to a reservoir with great views.

UPPER VILLAGE POOL CLUBHOUSE:

While not a true ski-in/out right up to the door, the condo is a short walk to the Snowflake Lift on 4 O'Clock Rd, or, you can access the free shuttle from the nearby stop. *Ski-in only possible when Lower 4 O'Clock Run is OPEN*

SKI OUT ACCESS:
• To the Snowflake Chairlift: About 2 blocks up 4 O'Clock Run Rd. There is a full service ticket window and ski shop, Charter Sports, there as well. Snowflake Chair will take you to Peak 8.
• To the Quicksilver Lift: Similar distance as walking to the Snowflake Lift. To get there, head toward the Upper Village Pool, cross Village Rd and take the right into the alley just BEFORE you reach Park Ave. Follow that road to the Quicksilver Lift.

SKI IN ACCESS:
• You can take the 4 O'Clock Run down to the Pine Ridge complex. Walk through the Pine Ridge complex, to 4 O'Clock Rd, cross the street back to the Sundowner entrance.

PROVIDED ITEMS:

The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.

The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.

There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own Pack N Play crib sheets.

» There is no air conditioning (most places don't have it in our area!).
» There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are recommended if not required.
» Property mountain access details and ski in/ski out (if applicable) designations are dependent on open lifts and runs. Guests are responsible for being aware of the Breckenridge Ski Area lift and terrain statuses.
