Covid-19 safety: Our cleaners will wear masks and disinfect all high touch areas and fresh linens will be turned over with each rental. We will continue to evaluate the situation following local guidelines to determine what is necessary for 2020/21 ski season. Our unit has a private open air stairway and entrance.

The town of Breckenridge has implemented a series of COVID 19 restrictions. Please contact us before booking if you have questions.

Ski In - Practically Ski In/Out location close to both the Snow Flake Lift and 2.5 Blocks from Main Street Breckenridge

Please see note at bottom concerning early season ski conditions.....

Heated garage to keep the snow off your car with locker for storing skis.

Condo works nicely for families with 2 younger children. Loft has a rather low ceiling.

New Hickory floors, kitchen window, blinds, and fireplace makes our condo brighter and cozier.

Studio Condo with loft bedroom is located on 4 O'clock Road. The Snow Flake lift is 200 steps from the front door, and an exit from the 4 O'Clock ski run is 50 feet from the front door. Condo has a lockable ski box and its own heated garage parking.

This is a studio condo, the main level is 370 square feet and the loft bedroom is 140 square feet.

Queen Murphy bed on main floor, and loft bedroom with two twin beds. Full kitchen with everything needed for cooking. Main Street Breckenridge with a variety of restaurants is 2.5 blocks away. Standard bathroom with shower/tub combo. Common laundry room downstairs with three pay washer and dryers.

New 40' flat screen TV, DVD player, Stereo, small movie collection.

Heated community swimming pool with 3 hot tubs five minute walk from condo. Complete changing facilities with lockers at pool area. Winter / Summer hours open until 9 PM. Pool access is closed from late September until opening ski weekend and from closing ski weekend until Memorial Day.

Notes on Snowflake Lift and 4 O'Clock Run:
Snowflake lift is generally open before Thanksgiving Weekend. Early season snowfall amounts dictate when lower 4 O'Clock Run is open down to the condo. In general the skiing down to the snowflake lift is open in early December and down to the condo by mid December.

Fantastic location! You can easily walk up to the Snowflake Lift geared up. It’s very convenient and a short walk into town. We hardly used our car!

Very nice home away from home! Super quiet & cozy. Just a few seconds from snowflake lift. Kitchen was fully stocked with whatever you needed to make a quick meal.

The property is exactly as described. Ver ver accurate which I appreciated and very thorough hosts. It was especially nice to have the unit stocked with basics in the kitchen like spices and some coffee.

Absolutely perfect place for reunion with college friend!! Super cozy- complete with wonderfully stocked kitchen for endless coffee and cooking and comfy seating in front of electric fireplace for catching up late into the night! It was also quite delightful to be super close to Main Street and heated pool! We walked everywhere! Great stay!

Breckenridge Stay

I was very pleased with my stay here. It was clean, had all the amenities we needed, and very close to Snowflake lift. The host was particularly helpful and responsive, and let us stay parked there for a few hours after we checked out so we can get a few more runs in before heading back to Denver to catch our flight. I would stay here again.

Comfortable condo and great location

My kids and I loved the property especially how close it was to the snowflake lift. It had all the essentials you would need and was really comfortable for our annual ski trip. We would definitely stay again.

Wow. This place was fantastic. As a 10 year owner of a rental myself I can appreciate all the extras- digital front door custom coded to a number I know well, tons of USB outlets, super well stocked and absolutely superior customer service! This place is great!

First trip to Colorado

This place was perfect for our family ski trip! It was cute, clean and extremely close to snowflake ski lift and the downtown, making everything super convenient. The laundry access was a great bonus after long days on the slopes. Great communication with the host. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time here

The owners are very friendly and always accessible. We rent this apartment already for the second time. It‘s fantasic and is located nearby the ski lift. We can recomment everything.

Our family had a fabulous time! The loft area was a fun kid zone, the walk into town was quick & the lift was close by! Also a big hit was the access to the pool & hot tubs. Our hosts were quick to answer any questions—we’ll be back!

Fantastic Location

Location of this condo unit is fantastic. You don’t need a car to ski or go into town. You can check your skis at the snowflake ski lift and you don’t have to carry them back-and-forth to the hill.
