A group of us came to NH for a long weekend and the property was exactly as advertised. Quiet street, great neighborhood and plenty of space for 12 of us. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. Access to the house was easy and it was beautiful and clean inside. Highly recommend using this location if you’re in the area.

This was a good place overall. The location is fantastic. The hosts were quick to respond to questions. There was plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the fire pit every night. However, the deck was not fully useable because it had recently rained and the cushions were soaked; it would be helpful if there were a cover for the deck furniture. Also, the cleanliness inside was not great. Cabinets were sticky, floor was dirty, there were crumbs and a candy wrapper under one of the beds, the sheets seemed not the cleanest. Also, we found someones bra behind a bedroom chair. It would have been helpful to have a washer/dryer available. I am not a frequent VRBO/vacation house rental person, but I would have thought that these houses would be professionally cleaned in between guests.

Thank you for your feedback. We will absolutely review our cleaning protocols to assess these items. As you can imagine with a 6-bedroom, 5-living room house, occasionally hidden items behind furniture can be missed. As for the sheets, they are absolutely cleaned between each rental with bleach and tide, and are less than a year old (as we’ve only owned the house for a year). I wish you had communicated if a sheet was not up to standard and I would have advised that we leave extra sheets in each bedroom just in case! The home is cleaned, swept, vacuumed, and wiped down between each rental. I personally prepared the home for you myself. For the rain, I’m sorry you experience some weather that affected the cushions. I wish I could have sent you all the sunshine! Thank you for your stay!

Very communicative hosts and pictures are true to listing. Plenty of space for all our guess. Great location and tucked away for some added privacy. Would gladly stay again!
