The space was extremely clean, spacious for being a 2 bedroom ‘apartment’. The deck was great to sit and enjoy the night. The pictures did make the space look much bigger than it was. We thought there were many different rooms but it was surprising to see it was just two bedrooms, living room and kitchen.We did rent a boat from Chip. It was extremely easy and nice to have the boat docked right on the property.

It was exactly as described except for the swimming. Cumberland river is not the best water to swim in. Not convenient for small kids.

We enjoyed the house during our stay. We did have a couple of small issues with the shower and a noisy door, but management team sent a maintenance team to resolve the issues promptly. We would recommend the property without hesitation.

it was a fantastic better than advertised wonderful place to stay on a lake close to Nashville. The house was fantastic - even met the neighbor who was very nice and we had a wonderful family weekend on the lake. Thank you so much!

The property itself is very clean and organized. Having the washing machine helped significantly and the space to put out toiletries was very helpful. Being my first visit like this, I didn't know to expect a sheet with details for cleanliness preparation on the way out before leaving. This property was super simple and easy not to disrespect what was asked.

Perfect spot to stay for our family of 4. The boys loved fishing from the bank every day and I loved the deck over looking the lake every morning and evening. The hosts were great and very responsive to any and all questions. We hope to get back here again!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. Our host, Chip, was beyond gracious. He made us feel right at home from the first day. The view of the lake is beautiful. And the fishing is pretty darn good as well! The house had everything we could need during our stay. We even had a chance to get on the water in some kayaks. Such a fun time! We will definitely be returning for another vacation! Thanks Chip!

Lake view was peaceful - I wasn’t aware at booking that is half of a house. The beds were very comfortable.

So glad you enjoyed your visit and found the beds comfy. Yes we agree views are nice and peaceful. Just wanted to clarify that its not half a house. There are houses on both sides and there is storage under the house but it is a full 1500ft2 house for your enjoyment. Thanks again for visiting

Yes, but ice maker needs service call... makes strange noise when making ice like woodpecker and ice is slow making. Need new grill on deck, burners are rusted out and not in great shape.

Kellie was great! She was very accommodating with our schedule and even had the AC turned on and cooling the rental by the time we got there.The property was amazing. Having coffee out on the back deck and drinks and dinner in the evening was the highlight of our trip. Very quiet property. If visiting Nashville again, I would definitely stay here!

Awesome place to stay

Owners were awesome and made our stay fantastic. We were able to rent a boat from the owners and spent a day on the water.
