The beachfront Edgewater Resort is a gated community and features two pools, a hot tub, kiddie pool, fitness center, playground, basketball hoop, and 420 feet of dedicated beachfront! Edgewater is located in Miramar Beach, which features wide sidewalks for walking and biking while enjoying sights and sounds of the Gulf plus easy access to all the dining and excitement that Miramar Beach and Destin has to offer!
Many restaurants within walking distance or a short drive away including:
✹ Surf Hut, Royal Palm Grille and Beach Bar, Austons on 98, Waffle House, Chick-Fil-A, Outcast Seafood, Whales Tail, Cabana Cafe (open late!), and more!
✹ Silver Sands Outlet Mall is half a mile away and has loads of shopping and dining
✹ Seascape Town Center is ~1 mile away: 2 Birds Cafe, Sandlot Sports Bar, Acme Oyster House, Mezcal Mexican Grill, Moo La-La, Thrills Arcade and Laser Tag

✹ No golf carts, tents, or personal umbrellas allowed
✹ No parties or loud music - Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced by Edgewater security/local police and subject to fines.
✹ Booking guest must be 25+ and present during the whole stay (HOA policy) - In the event of a disturbance, local police will be called.
✹ Cancellation policy: One hundred percent (100%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued unless travel insurance has been purchased. In the event of a cancellation, the 4% credit card processing fee is non-refundable. Please note - I am a traveler too so I know that things come up! If you need to cancel inside of the cancellation window, please just let me know, and I will do my best to work with you. I am often able to rebook the dates and provide a refund.
