The updated kitchen has granite countertops, new cabinetry, and stainless appliances. The master bedroom has a king bed and the bath features a tiled Walk-In shower. The second bedroom has two double beds. Flat screen TVs are located in the great room and in the master bedroom. A washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. Relax on the balcony and enjoy the sights and sounds of the beach and ocean. This comfortable and beautifully appointed unit is the perfect place for your beach vacation.

All units at Amelia-By-the-Sea are direct oceanfront with private balconies. Occupants have access to the private 800 ft long fishing pier and large swimming pool on the ocean side of the complex. Amelia-By-the-Sea is a gated complex with open parking for a maximum of 2 vehicles per unit.

We're excited to share that our building is currently in its final stages of a major refresh to keep the property safe, beautiful, and welcoming for years to come.

The remaining work will focus mainly on painting the exterior of the building and balconies, as well as finishing touches to common areas like stairwells. While you may occasionally notice workers on-site and some daytime noise, it is generally much lighter than earlier construction phases.

Work is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
No work will take place on weekends
To thank you for your understanding during this improvement period, a discount off the nightly rate will be automatically applied to your stay. Please note that no additional discounts will be available, and no refunds are offered for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
